Focus groups for the new $20 bill reported spotting nude women and mistaking the Vimy Ridge memorial for the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
The tests, conducted before the bills release in order to catch unintended images, were conducted by market research firm the Strategic Council Focus and obtained by CTV News through an access to information request.
Concerns about the appearance of the aging Queen Elizabeth II were blacked out by the Bank of Canada.

Placing a nude picture of Queen Elizabeth II on the $20.00 bill will deter saving and greatly spur spending.

The mere mention of “QE” and “naked” in the same article puts me off my feed...

Will the old twenties still be any good? I have several of them at home (Maryland, USA).

It's a naked woman getting ready to do it with a naked man but he's not ready.
Wow!
Regarding the memorial being misconstrued, that's because somebody has some pretty serious cataracts, or maybe tissue buildup on the retina. I'd see a doctor about that.

We’d better get the Secret Service on this right away. Then again, maybe not.

Yeah, I saw the memorial in the money. I saw the actual memorial. Inspiring, haunting, and memorable. I also read the story of the battle.

No - they aren’t any good. Just like with that old U.S. money I had laying around, possession of the out-of-date bills is punishable of a fine, or prison for amounts over $1000. I did find a website though that will exchange the illegal bills for new ones - the cost of 5 cents/dollar seemed reasonable.
Although they are very busy, and I’m still waiting for my new bills to arrive.

Still good - we’re just changing the physical paper money, it’s still the same currency we’ve always had.
BTW, if your bills are REALLY old - like 1950s series - they may have collector’s value.

They’re modern-day bills, just from around 2007, so they’ll look a little different from the new ones. Same color scheme, though.
