MEMPHIS, TN -
(WMC-TV) - A new map created by civil rights activists tracks the whereabouts of hundreds of, what they call, hate groups. Many of them are shown to be right here in the Mid-South.
According to a new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center, white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups claim the election of President Barack Obama added muscle to their movements.
A map from the SPLC supports their claim.
The number of hate and right wing extremist groups has increased 750 percent since 2008.
Among the more than 1,000 groups identified on the SPLC's hate map, 106 operate in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Groups like the Sovereign Citizens and other anti-government organizations, as well as White Nationalists and Black Separatists, which the SPLC tracks to Shelby County.
The Ku Klux Klan appears on the map in North Mississippi.
Brian Pace is a self-described racial preservationist, who lives in Baldwyn, Mississippi.
"Whenever we had racial segregation things were much better off," Pace said.
Pace founded the Council of White Patriot Voters last year.
"We're a national membership organization fighting for equal rights for whites and the advancement of our people," he explained.
The SPLC says the group's agenda is to create a separate "white state" and that's what landed Pace's group on this hate map.
"You know, we're not going run off and cry about it because, you know, that's free publicity for us, so more power to them," said Pace. "We're just the same as what the NAACP is for blacks. We don't hate anybody we just want to preserve our people."
The president of the NAACP's Memphis chapter takes offense to Pace's comparison.
"We have never focused ourselves as a supremacist group," said Dr. Warner Dickerson.
And Dr. Dickerson adds that the NAACP does NOT discriminate.
"He's convinced that he's right because he's been brainwashed," he said.
Dickerson isn't as concerned about hate speech as he is hate about hate crimes.
The U.S. Justice Department says hate crimes are on the rise.
In Tennessee alone, hate crimes rose more than 50 percent from 2010 to 2011. One out of every three were racially motivated.
Pace says his group denounces violence.
"We denounce any violent acts, it's the wrong move, I mean, it's not needed," said Pace.
He and other critics accuse the SPLC of instilling fear in Americans to raise money by labeling, what he calls "legitimate conservatives," as extremists.
"The white race is only 8 percent of the world population right now, we can't afford for our people to get killed, we can't afford for racial integration or we're not going to exist at all," he said.
In just eight months Pace has recruited members from six states. He recruited people he describes as politically active, mainstream Christian conservatives.
He insists his efforts to preserve the white race aren't motivated by hate.
The SPLC warns otherwise and says if nothing else, their map puts extremist groups and their actions on the radar.
I stand corrected. I believe at one time this was not the case, perhaps when the polling place intimidation story first hit.
As an aside, this is a major difference between us and our “friends” on the Left. I see them time and again unwilling to admit they are dead wrong.
If she was white and he was black, she would have been arrested for a hate crime and Je$$e and Rev Al would have been on-site with chanting crowds by sundown.
There is a reference in the first paragraph to “ civil rights activists” and then there is a reference to the SPLC.
Who are the civil rights activists?
Clearly not the racist, fascist, authoritarian SPLC.
THese are the upper echelons Sergeants. It is obvious the foreign communists and other hidden cells form the officer ranks of it. Of course, they were to attack and murder high preference targets within the elite. Jesse and Sharpty are such crass politicians: they paint black people white when they carry a gun, and they would transgender or turn white if the whites had been the slaves and the victims.

The left always loves to pimp or thinks it can pimp hate groups. It is obvious that the ACLU always comes to the rescue of the KKK for freedom of speech. They want to play the victim card on them. If you are a conservative condemning these weak socialist retards that the Nazies are, the left will protect them. In fact, if the KKK voted democrate or became a victim group of some sort, Jesse and Sharpton would take their colors.
The pimps are those who switch around and manipulate emotions to set themselves wherever they think it is righteous, false dissidents of any and all groups and “social circumstances” at large. Meanwhile, the truly “so-called” right wing hate groups (so called because while they are less cunning but no less vicious than the left, they are much more manageable and less dangerous, not chameleonizing themselves like this in cleverness).
This is the whole hypocrisy of “registering” the hate groups. It’s too easy to catch someone buying up a prostitute than going after the pimps about, including within the pimps within the walls of the police department... Point at a little evil in order for the greater evil to escape the sight.
Of course, leftists are playing with fire here, just like they did with Hitler, and it could backfire... especially on the second round. Because both sides now know how one screwed the other the last time. They think they are so good, but watch this crap going down the wrong way for them. The “brain lebens raum” is much in vogue in France these days to ally with the German animal plain “lebens raum” in a shock troop of evil horse battalion angels and German infantry.

So, while this crap is going on inside AMerica going to Civil War, we are to become the stupid fools voting for Obamas and Romneys and what not, when obviously it is the combined arm approach of Napoleon type puppeting of these hate groups that we are not seeing. The government stands to become unhinged and fools keep playing.
I just wanted to show how they are immature and desperate, at the bottom of it, so as to preclude to fall into the trap of inferiority-superiority complex of their rhetorics. They live on the wall like low relief figurine, or dimples as they mold their faces onto the walls and undulate themselves under like this, and no matter how many they have or manipulate vs. the few who know better, they all are on the wall, and they fail, because others in the know can know better and shove them aside easy, playing their hypocritical games on them.
I don’t see SPLC/Morris Dees on that map, and it/he sure as Hell should be.
I would say “LOL”, but we are going to have a very interesting summer...a flashback to 1968.
