53,000 Dead Voters Found in Florida
PJ Media ^ | May 16, 2012 | J. Christian Adams

I have learned that Florida election officials are set to announce that the secretary of state has discovered and purged up to 53,000 dead voters from the voter rolls in Florida.

How could 53,000 dead voters have sat on the polls for so long? Simple. Because Florida hadn’t been using the best available data revealing which voters have died. Florida is now using the nationwide Social Security Death Index for determining which voters should be purged because they have died.

Here is the bad news. Most states aren’t using the same database that Florida is. In fact, I have heard reports that some election officials won’t even remove voters even when they are presented with a death certificate. That means that voter rolls across the nation still are filled with dead voters, even if Florida is leading the way in detecting and removing them.

Is anyone surprised that they still won’t report the political party frequency distribution among all the dead voters?

Pretty much, but here’s an idea:

Wouldn’t it be great if people dressed as zombies to vote?

It might be one way to protest dirty voter lists and embarrass the various states into cleaning dead people off the rolls.

Worst case of voter intimidation in history.

Yes. There’s a simple explanation, tho. Some of Chicago’s dead voters have retired to Florida. Almost everyone fron illinois eventually thinks about moving South, after all. (Not sure how much Florida sunshine they’re enjoying, other than when they get up and out to vote on Re-Election Day, of course).

“Worst case of voter intimidation in history.”

It’s also a clear act of discrimination against minority voters who suffer from suboptimal metabolic conditions.

A shame they made this public. It would have been far more interesting to track who (if anyone) attempted to vote or request an absentee ballot under one of these names, and then make very, very public arrests.

53,000 Dead Voters Found in Florida bet they are all registered Democrats. Maybe that’s why Al Gore thought he won Florida and why Bozo did.

This issue really infuriates me. In my voting precinct, all you have to do is show up and give a street address and a name. Sometimes they don't even ask you for your name, they will simply show you the names listed for that address and ask you to pick which one. No ID. No verification whatsoever to prove who you say you are.

One time I voted with my wife and after they checked her off, they automatically checked the name under her. Only that wasn't my name, it was my son's name. My name was listed under his. When I tried to correct it, they told me not to worry about it and to tell my son that if he wanted to come vote later, to just use my name.

The whole process is a freakin' joke. There has got to be tens of thousands of fraudulent votes being cast in every state (at least) and you can bet that virtually none of them are for Republicans.

We have got to start passing Voter ID laws and in order to put some bite in it, we need to have a mandatory 5-year jail term for anybody casting a vote fraudulently.

Of course, this will never happen in states controlled by Democrats because voter fraud is always in their favor.

Zombies. I hate zombies. They always seem to rise from the dead and walk the earth during election season.

That is the only logical explanation since the top law enforcement official in the country says voter fraud does not occur.
