The EPA will require stack scrubbers in the very near future, even though they will alienate Black voters.
Freedom drain.
I’d like to open a BBQ upwind from a Mosque one day.
The smoke isn’t all that odious, but maybe they could help relations with neighbors by offering 33% off to anyone who shows an ID with a home address within half a mile.
This is BS, what next, ban fireplaces?
“Id like to open a BBQ upwind from a Mosque one day.”
Pig butt BBQ ought to do the trick!
To a Muslim, even the smell could send him to Islamic hell.
So, that means before too long your next door neighbor can complain about your fireplace and fireplaces will be outlawed. Where does it end?

The four branches of gov’t; Executive, Legislative, Judicial, Regulatory.
I was in Aspen Colorado one winter and fireplace used was banned because of weather conditions. It was cold but the smoke was low hanging and the wind was not moving it out of the valley. It has been a long time ago but I think I am remembering it correctly.
If you live in a neighborhood that is zoned for commercial.... Too bad.
Althgh I do like the idea of discounts for locals.
Florida used to be fun and sun and individual freedom.
But Nanny State government, from local to federal, has worked hard to turn it into a poor copy of the uptight, overtaxed, overgoverned northern states millions of people fled to get to Florida.
Preventing brushfires or the like is totally different. I can see a temporary ban in that case.
What I do see are Libtards trying to ban smoking food because they don’t like the smell of smoke just like they did with cigarettes.
