Well, no.

I'm all for using lethal force on a maniac that is actually chewing someone's face off, but I'm having a tough time with this "new potent form of LSD stuff". The drug doesn't work that way, and you certainly don't "overdose" on LSD the way you might with narcotics.

I’ve seen the face of the victim. No way to prevent infection on a mess like that. It’s absolutely horrific. Even if the guy lives, he’ll wish for death. It’s terrifying and so sad.
