He abetted the threat to voters and their rights by dropping all charges against the New Black Panthers who were filmed intimidating voters in the 2008 elections.

In most jurisdictions there is a failure to ID after dark or similar legislation/ordinance allowing the POlice to detain anyone who cannot produce ID under a wide spectrum of circumstances.

It seems that Holder would be all for everyone having free access to voter ID cards, if only to keep “his” people from being needlessly harassed...
