When asked why she is so confident the Supreme Court will uphold the health care law, Pelosi says, "Because I know the Constitution."

Nobody was frivolous with the Constitution and the health of the American people in writing the bill,” she said. “So, that’s where my confidence springs from, the merit of the bill and the nature of the Constitution. She may be correct on the eventual outcome. Six to three striking the mandate but upholding the remainder of the legislation. The rest of Obamacare is implemented but with the inevitable funding crisis. Given such a crisis, Obamney will push for single payor to avert the crisis and of course the GOP-E will go along.
