She also predicted, the week before the 2010 mid-term elections, that Democrats would retain control of the House of Representatives. Not only was she wrong, but that election was a blow out. So hard to put too much stock in what she says.
Remember that pubs and independents both HATE Obamacare.
If SCOTUS upholds, the RNC has TWO issues this election (economy and healthcare).

Nancy got her BS in poli sci. That, her mafia daddy and rich husband make her an expert on the Constitution. She know how to weasel her way around it. Nancy is special.
As everyone knows, she said the House had to pass the bill to find out what was in it. So she didn’t read it before voting. And, once passed, one suspects she felt no need to read it. And especially so, since she won’t have to live by its provisions regarding health care, having exempted herself.
Ditto the Constitution. This glorified bag lady would make the founders weep.
What you don’t realize is that no matter how foolish she looks to the rest of us, nothing she says will diminish her popularity in San Francisco. She has the luxury of making an outlandish prediction exactly because she won’t have to face a voter block that will scold her for being ignorant. Besides...all she is really doing is setting up the narrative to be played after this is struck down. You know, the one about “activist conservative judges”...my firm belief is that they have already given up and are setting the stage to try and rally their base for November with this new narrative.
I am on the side that she knows..or maybe this is a trial balloon so someone can see the response.
That could occur except for one thing - in this "iron-clad" bill they REMOVED the standard severability clause. That's the clause you see in contracts that say if one part is voided, the rest remains in effect. It was IN the bill and was taken out before passage. This is one of the issues the court heard oral arguments on and it was made obvious that the whole bill collapses without the funding mechanism. I would be very surprised if the mandate falls and the rest is allowed to stand.
Pelosi has said so many things that were not true and then she ignores she even said it.
The only constitutional issue Pelousy needs to concentrate on is the constitutional requirement for eligibility for the Presidency.
Aiding and abetting an illegal presidential takeover is Sedition. Another big word for the witch of the west to ponder on her private jet flights home that she misuses public funds for.

This is the first time in a couple of years that I’ve seen any reference to this travesty. People were outraged about it Obamacare was passed.
People have had a laugh over Obama’s ignorant “57 states”, and “Polish Death Camps” moments. Much more serious is his determination to destroy “rule of law”, including natural rights and equal protection under the law. The result will necessarily be arbitrary rule.
She must have had a conversation with the “living constitution” that spills its guts and changes into whatever she wants to stay in her good graces. If Pelosi “knows” the Constitution, she must mean in the Biblical sense, but with the roles reversed.
