Anyone want to try defining “overnight” for me, just so that we have a rule of thumb going forward? On Inauguration Day, I would have accepted “2009″ or even “his first two years in office” as plausible answers. Instead, five months out from election day, somehow dawn still has yet to break. His braintrust is now actually on the cusp of arguing, in all seriousness, that it’s unfair to judge him on what’s happened in the jobs market over the course of his entire first term.

He’s had three years and we’re still all screwed up.
In short, today’s economic report has turned the Obama Administration into a perfect repeat of the Carter Administration during 1980. For those not old enough to remember, President Carter for first half of 1980 enjoyed a comfortable lead in the polls, but the continuing bad economic news pretty much erased his lead by summer. And now with a lot of prominent Democrats threatening to abandon Obama like rats from a sinking ship, I really do think a 40-43 state landslide victory may actually happen.
Saw a bumper sticker today that said, “A taxpayer voting for Obama is like a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders”. HA!!! That made me lol.

I saw a bumper sticker today in a parking lot that read “It took Obama to get Osama.” I wanted to smack the idiot woman who was loading groceries into that car.
Okay there John. The Unemployment rate DECLINED while Romney was Governor. Please tell us what you would have accomplished as Governor of one of the most liberal states in the Union? Please explain to us exactly how you would have overcome the extreme liberal control suffocating Mass to overpower the Demoncrat contolled legislature and make it number one in job creation. Oh, you have no idea? Then STFU. (This from a voter of Newt in the primary.)
