Every Secretary of State of each of the 50 States, charged with their particular state's voting laws and elections, should immediately join together in a lawsuit against this corrupt AG and his illegal and racist Dept. of INjustice for this attack on their state rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

Umm, no. Slaves never got the right to vote. After the Civil War, *ex* slaves got the right to vote. And they voted as overwhelmingly Republican (at least until the New Deal) as blacks vote overwhelmingly Democrat today. Governments in Democrat-controlled states, especially (but not exclusively) in the South, spent the better part of the next century coming up with schemes to supress the black vote (such as “literacy” tests, poll taxes, etc.). None of those things exist anymore, so the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ and the professional race-grievance industry have to make up “violations” by states, counties and towns that, for example, adopt nonpartisan elections or require ID cards for voters.

THIS IS HER STORY----She came to the Voting Section by way of the “Southern Coalition for Social Justice,” where she worked as a legal consultant focusing on “voting rights, immigrant rights, and other civil rights and social justice issues” ........ and worked using several identities to pocket multiple paychecks.

Under one identity---as "Ms. Shore" --- she contributed $1000 to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.

Before joining the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, Shore worked for more than two years as a Regional Counsel for MALDEF [Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund] as an outspoken critic of Georgia’s voter ID law and well as its proof of citizenship requirements for voter registration (which, incidentally, have been found to be non-discriminatory by a federal court).

She's said how heartened she was that the US Civil Rights Division had objected to the registration law under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. But her joy must have been fleeting: the Division later capitulated and withdrew its objection after Georgia filed a federal declaratory judgment action.

It will be interesting to see if "Shore" can calm her salivating Third World taskmasters---and put her politics to the side in her role as the US Voting Section’s point of contact for all redistricting submissions in the state of Florida.

NOTE WELL "Ms. Shore" wasn’t able to set aside her obeisance to the third World----and her MALDEF-style radicalism-----even after she started working for the US govt, and got paid by the taxpayers of the United States.

All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds. Baca was charged with one count of ID theft and two counts of forgery.

IMHO, Rick Scott is one of the greatest Governors we have had here in FLa.He here in the Keys a few weeks ago and was up on all the issues we have down here from hundred million dollar Federally mandated sewage projects to outrageous hurricane insurance bills.

This guy is a straight shooter and surrounds himself with good people as well.

In South Fla. alone the third worlders have been playing the system for all they can get from insurance fraud to illegal voters by the zillion for years now.If he can clean up any of it many of us will be forever indebted to him and his staff.

Easy solution. Keep a list of the names purged and reason why for two years. If one of the individuals comes in to vote, they use a “provisional” ballot that remains sealed until the provide the documentation rectifying the problem.Voter has ten business days after the election to clear the discrepancy.

We've been doing that here for a couple of years....Surprising how many people are now telling us people who no longer are qualified and helping to get the books cleaned up.
