Florida’s attempt to purge ineligible voters from its rolls has been halted, at least for now.

County election officials say they have stopped searching for illegally registered voters because the state’s list of 2,700 voters suspected of being noncitizens is outdated and inaccurate.

“We felt the information wasn’t credible and reliable,” said Vicki Davis, president of the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections. “Too many voters on the state’s list turned out to actually be citizens.”

Why can't we sue the feds/DOJ for violating the constitution by knowingly allowing illegals to vote? Doesn't it say specifically that only citizens are allowed to vote?

Illegals voting, dilutes an American citizen's vote and makes it less valuable.

Checking the list is the responsibility of the local Supervisor of Elections.
Can any FReeper lawyer confirm the following:
1. Failure to perform the duties of the office means Gov. Scott can remove the elected official who refuses to carry out the duties of the office.
2. The local court can also so do if a Mandamus action is filed.

I suspect these "county workers" are actually federal stooges: either directly employed by FedGov, or their sympathies lie with Holder and the Democrats.
