Well, I guess you can claim anything you want.

Or, maybe you just don’t want to face up to the facts of what’s going in this country, and in conservatism, right now.

I don’t know you well enough to say. I have no idea what’s motivating you.

Tom, I've seen not a bit of arrogance in you, but I think you should be proud. Every single day you demonstrate enormous personal courage by resolutely standing up for the most important of principles and for the protection of the most vulnerable and innocent among us. It can't be easy.

I hope you're proud, sir, because I'm proud to support you.

When you own up to the lie you told to me (and to everyone else) on FR about not working with Alan Keyes various presidential parties, maybe I'll take you seriously.

You ping this big list because without your little coterie you'd fail miserably in making your case alone, frankly you're a big phony.

It's you who prevaricated and hid your relationship with Keyes and your past affiliation with other insignificant third parties.

I can only surmise you did it to hide this fact from your new group of converts.

If you couldn't be straight with me (or FR) on this board, why would we ever trust you in anything?

Now you're just compounding your distortions.

I did no such thing. I simply pointed out the inaccuracy of your commentary.

You ping this big list because without your little coterie you'd fail miserably in making your case alone, frankly you're a big phony.

I pinged exactly eight people who I know to be following this thread. Is that a "big list" in your world?

You need to get a grip. This Romney Republican gig has you jumpier than a Siamese cat at a German Shepherd convention.

After all he didn't have a relationship with Gennifer Flowers for 11 years, it was 11 years and 2 months.

You're a liar, a prevaricator and you're running for president, and the idiot purists here want to vote for you for some reason. Lord help us, they all have "sucker" stamped on their foreheads.

Why did you pretend you hadn't been involved with other small insignificant party attempts? Why didn't you want other people on FR to know that you had worked so hard with Alan Keyes to develop these insignificant parties for so long.

When you explain that to all of us, I might stop calling you a phony.

If you really don't care for Mitt, why do you campaign so enthusiastically for him?

What do you understand the word "phony" to mean?

Well sir, it's fairly plain it's the other end of my tag line that would tell you that, and if you look up my recent posts you'll find an expansion of that theme. Anyone who thinks I'm enthusiastic for Mitt is simply not reading my posts, those that know me here know that's not true, and so should you by now.

The reason I call Tom a phony is because he prevaricated and dodged in what I would call a Clinton style lie, and under pretense blew off my claim (which was true) to you and the other supporters here that he was involved in multiple other fringe parties that pushed Alan Keyes as a candidate for many years. That and because I have come to believe that these small fringe parties seem to be filled with self righteous people who believe in their own purity to the extreme, and that kind of offends me. They're kind of like the right's version of the greens.

Lakeshark:

Ask me if I give a rat's patoot what you think. You are an ideological surrender monkey placing your Pollyannaish faith in Romney who is and has proven to be a galloping pro-abort, a persecutor of the Roman Catholic Church to which I belong (and any other pro-life Church), an eager servant of the rump ranger agenda, a gun grabber, etc. etc., etc., ad infinitum ad nauseam.

Help me what??? You are making the obvious narcissistic error of thinking I am trying to convince you of anything. You have free will as a gift from God and you may use it or abuse it and, if you are as determined as you appear to be to eagerly support a babykiller, etc., etc., etc., you are given the opportunity by God to change and choose Him or not to change and choose hell. Your choice.

I ping a long list of people to enjoy the farce that is your eagerness to surrender the eternal disposition of your soul to the privileged enemies of the Conservative Movement and of pro-life churches, pretending to be our leaders. I'll ping whom I please and you feel free to do likewise. Obozo or Romney, the more folks who remember our little disagreement the better. I have no reason to be bashful or ashamed of choosing God over BOTH of these baby-killing, etc., etc., etc., disgraces.

If you are not rightfully ashamed of your position as you certainly should be, the pinging of others would not bother you any more than your shameful support for Myth apparently bothers your conscience, assuming you have one. By all means, feel free to ping every spaghetti-spined cowering RINO pom pom girl who shares your enthusiasm and support for the pseudo-Republican POS who has outright purchased the GOP nomination with money from Lucifer knows whom and with Lucifer only knows what promises in return.

My vote is my vote and I will cast it as I darn well please. If they appear to resurrect Ronaldus Maximus from the grave to personally endorse Myth, the answer is still NO and HELL NO!

If, God forbid for the sake of the tattered remnant of his soul, Myth had a sudden heart attack or a plane crash or a stroke, will you guys draft the equally despicable Hillary Clinton as your NEXT "Republican" candidate??? Make Billy Jeff the new RNC Chairman?

Jimmuh Cahtuh is eligible for one more term and just as "severely conservative" as Myth ever was except for the naked babykiller quality since he was a stealth baby-killer. Choose Howard Dean as her running mate? I understand that Dr. Howard Dean's physician wife is an abortionist and that should be right up every Myth pom pom girl's alley. Or beg on your knees with oceans of tears running down your face that Olympia Snowe run for VPOTUS?

Gee, too bad that Bob Packwood, the senior Senator from Planned Barrenhood is no longer with us, huh? Lowell Weicker, at 81 is a bit long in the tooth, but he would jump at the chance to slaughter babies as a "Republican" and accept the rest of your boy's agenda. Maybe you and LoLo can be room mates in the next life? How about Kathleen Gilligan Sebelius or an actual abortion mill operator??? Myth would like that given his track record with Romneycare a year or more AFTER he claims to have become "pro-life?"

If you happen to succeed in electing Myth AntiChrist (not a reference to his faith but only to his personal track record which is a disgrace to his faith whose social issue positions he has obviously abandoned) to the White House, actual conservatives will neither forgive nor forget. AND we will resist the SOB TO HIS FACE from election day 2012 to the date of his political destruction. Likewise as to his brother from another mother Obozo. Those pinged need to have your gross perfidy called to their attention. If you hallucinate that you are a "conservative," then you apparently regard "conservative" as indistinguishable from pathetic surrendermonkey and snake and servant of the rich and leftist posing as Republicans.

BTW, carefully examine Obozocare (even with the infamous Sebelius regulations) and its original inspiration Romneycare (adopted AFTER Romney lies that he became pro-life) and you will find that Romneycare is actually WORSE in that it does not merely require worship of the Emperor Obozo by having Church ministries (schools, hospitals, etc.) pay for abortions and sterilizations and abortifacient IUDs and abortifacient "morning after pills" and abortifacient monthly conventional birth control pills, but also requires the Church to pay for such coverage for nuns, priests, religious brothers, chancery employees and parish employees and janitors and cleaning ladies and other direct employees of the Church itself.

There is apparently some question as to whether Obozo requires that surgical abortions be required to be paid for by the Church's insurance policies (for which the Church pays the premiums in any event). Personally, I would be amazed if Obozo would allow anything so central to his baby-killing agenda not to be paid for by the Church, however indirectly, as a modern equivalent of emperor worship. In Romneycare, it is flat out obvious that Myth IS requiring and has required emperor worship imposed on the Roman Catholic and each and every other pro-life Church. Both of these disgraces would require each and every private employer to pay for such abominations (directly or indirectly) and murders of innocent babies, regardless of the religious tenets held by the employer.

Or maybe you think that WOMEN'S constitutional rights are somehow transgressed by their employers refusing to fund their birth control, sterilizations and birth control? Actual conservatives understand that enslaving employers is not a woman's "right" whatever the infanticidal elite of both parties may imagine. Defenders of this moral criminality, whether pom pom girls for Myth or for Obozo, want to blow right past the First Amendment guarantees and go directly to religious persecution. Anyone who votes for either one of these disgraces deserves the eternal consequences that follow if unrepented. I worship only God NOT Obozo and NOT Romney.

As to people coerced as major Republican political figures into paying lip service to Myth the Antichrist, they can try to rationalize to Jesus Christ at death their abandonment of God for Myth Romney. At least that is one burden I won't have. I have quite enough in the way of my own bad behavior to explain without that. Myth Romney can go straight to hell!

Lakeshark:

Many of us who regard you as a shameless Romney enthusiast, sycophant and pom pom girl, pay no attention to your tag line in light of your support for Myth. Facts speak louder than words. We don't believe your BS as a result nor should we. Nor are we likely to EVER believe you with the track record you are establishing of bootlicking Myth.

You call Tom Hoefling a phony but do not care to follow protocol and ping him to your publicly posted delusion.

If you think avoiding mortal sin is a quality of "self-righteous people who believe in their own purity to the extreme," good luck on the individual judgment of your soul. I cited for you at length the specific code of Canon Law of the Catholic Church provisions backing up what I post as to Myth's enthusiasm for baby-killing but I haven't heard any countervailing substantive "religious" argument out of you as to why ignoring those rules for EITHER Obozo or Myth Romney could possibly be justified. If being a Roman Catholic (largest religion in this country) makes me a rightist "green," then I will accept that title gladly rather than being an eternal ember.

You have been around here for a while. I have been here a while longer not that it matters. I don't ever remember noticing you or having any reason to until now. If anything I post "offends" you because I won't be dictated to or for any others reason, that is just toooooo bad but I don't give a da*n whether you are offended any more than I care if Mark Nancyboy Kirk is offended or Planned Barrenhood or Warren Buffett or Bill Gates or any of your other allies.

I don’t think anyone has reason to be ashamed of having supported Alan Keyes. As I’m sure you will agree, Keyes was no Romney.

I don’t think it’s necessarily shameful to support Romney. Lots of folks like him. Supporters who don’t like him should feel some shame, but that shame might seem to them less painful than their fear of Obama.

Our difference is that, unlike you, I don’t much fear either Romney or Obama. So, it’s easy for me to vote against both of them.

Lakeshark:

The RINOs is for the RINOs. The babykilling scum is for the babykilling scum. The rah rahs for rump ranging is rah rahs for rump ranging.

See, self-righteousness would be a condition of my defining morality as I see fit and then holding everyone else to it. I have already defined the basis of my opposition to BOTH major party babykillers by specific and painstaking citation at length of the Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church to which I belong. It is that largest Church in the USA and the largest Christian Church in the world. Obedience to and defense of its Teaching Magisterium is NOT self-righteousness whatever it may please you to hallucinate. I did not write the Catechism. There are plenty of other objective reasons and plenty of other issues on which both of these moral criminals richly deserve total opposition as do you.

You will have as much opportunity as you can stand to experience my "petulance" (which is obedience to my Church and rejection of your presumptuous dictation) and my "anger," (you flatter yourself but what else is new) cute or otherwise. It has always been my experience that actual conservatives are much better at opposing and despising their enemies until they are destroyed. If you knew my name, you could ask Lowell Weicker. It took eighteen years to destroy the SOB's Senate career (in an otherwise GOP year) and elect the far more honorable Joe Lieberman. He came back for 4 years as an "independent" governor and then we drove the soulless Romneylike bastard from Connecticut altogether.

Liberals like you, Weicker, Packwood, Gerald Ford, Nixon and your ilk do not really care about anything or anyone. You lust for superficial excuses for an undefinable victory and nothing more all on the phony hallucinatory basis that the boogieman will get us all if we don't sell our souls as you have.

No sale. Mr. Scratch.

The dwarves would ram their axes so far up a private area of your anatomy, a receptacle so to speak, that the blades would protrude from your forehead.

C. S. Lewis would despise you without working up a sweat. Read the Screwtape Letters, Screwtape Proposes a Toast and the overly gentle Great Divorce or study on Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy and particularly Inferno. You ain't Beatrice.

Try to imagine yourself to be totally dependent on government for your happiness, your feeling of safety and your sense of well-being. In that mental state, a person is susceptible to becoming utterly terrified by a certain outcome of an election. A person feeling that level of fear will do practically anything they think might avoid that particular electoral outcome.

I think the only hope for such a person involves reducing their dependence on government. Such a person must be convinced that his future safety and well-being is truly within his own control and is disassociated from any particular electoral outcome. That's harder for some people than it is for others, but a person's freedom and liberty depends upon his ability to know that he can stand on his own two feet. If he fails to find a way to overcome his fears (particularly his irrational fears), he will never feel truly free.

Try to be patient with these folks and be glad you're not one of them.

I use to actually believe that the republican party wanted to stop abortions. I no longer believe this. (especially with the crowning of romney)

I know NOTHING about law, but to stop abortion legally, it seems all they have to do is bring in geneticist or biologist or whoever that can prove the baby is a human being. The definition of a person is a human being separate from different entity. Mother and baby are not same entity as they can have different blood type, plus no babies have ever grown up to be their mothers or clone of their mother. I know “personhood” is the question. Liberals want personhood to miraculously happen after the baby is born. Some even want it when the baby becomes aware. I think they want it that way so it can work at the beginning of life and end of life; the cold-hearted @#%$.

Actually, after trying to analyze this....it all comes down to getting the liberals out of the supreme court because they will continue to move the goal post of what a person is. Unfortunately, there is little hope of changing the courts if romney wins, as 75% of his nominees were radical liberals. He also has made it quite clear he does not want the conservative vote; so real conservatives will not vote for him anyway.

Our constitution says every person has a right to life. But not when there is money to be made at the local planned parenthood.
