Dad beats daughter’s alleged molester to death
Houston Chronicle ^ | June 11, 2012

A father who said he saw a man molesting his 4-year-old daughter behind a barn in Lavaca County apparently beat the man to death Saturday afternoon, officials said.

The death occurred about 3:45 p.m. at a horse barn along County Road 302 near Shiner, about 127 miles west of Houston, said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon.

Harmon said the victim, a 47-year-old Gonzales man, died at the scene. His name has not been released because his next of kin has not yet been notified of the death.

No arrests have been made in the case. Harmon said a grand jury will probably to determine what, if any charges, will be filed.

Harmon said the father and daughter were at their barn with several other people to groom and care for horses there. The victim came with some of the other people, but was not well-known, if all, to the father and child.

The group later heard the girl screaming behind the barn, Harmon said. Her father ran to see what was wrong and said he saw the man allegedly sexually assaulting the child. While pulling the man away from the girl, he hit the man several times in the head, Harmon said.

The girl was taken to DeTar hospital in Victoria to be evaluated and to have tests done to determine if a sexual assault occurred. She was released later

How would this have turned out if the father was a muzzie?

Just asking.

A muzzie father would have every right to do the same. Why wouldn't he?

Oh and note, "just asking" is almost always associated with a stupid or pointless argumentative question.

I am not by nature a violent man, but if my daughter were the one being abused, I think I would do exactly the same thing as this father. Defense of a third party would apply in this case, I believe.

In my CCW class you are taught that you could fatally shoot someone in this circumstance. Seems like it’s not much of a leap to say you could also beat someone to death. Hope the little girl is OK.

Or temporary insanity. Any father would go apes*** crazy if he saw what has been described in the article. In most such cases the evidence has to be pulled from a traumatized victim and the killing of the perpetrator is an act that has been thought through. This was, on the surface, an act of passion (and justice).

The father did what he had to. I'm sure he did not mean to kill him and as we all know pedophiles are never cured.
But of course most of today's men would have stood there and called the police and text their bros on their cell phones and taken pictures and then posted the video on you tube..
A real man did what he had to... Stop a terrible crime and given proper justice.Photobucket

Salve

I know friends, many of you have children, and as a Man you know what needs to be done to someone who is trying to hurt your familia.

Reporter is writing that person of evil intent has attack four year old toddler child, and proclaims him as a victim, if that was me, I will say screw the rules, I will drag his rear end to the closes Barbeque spot in Texas and barbeque his rear end with molasses. And send his privates to his wife as a spaghetti with chili with no beans attach.

Merci.

Texas Penal Code states use of deadly force is justifiable in the prevention of a rape.

now what you just did, was that (God forbid) you find yourself in that position, and did as you said here, that is premeditated murder. ask your lawyer. you just screwed your own pooch because if your daughter is getting raped and you kill the pers - you’re going up the river for premeditated because you made the statement here in public.
you demionstrated a propensity to commit murder, and an intent thereto.
good going.

There's no way to tell, based on this article alone, what really happened. I don't want to see that day when someone can beat another person to death and get away with it by saying, “He was molesting my daughter, so I killed him. Trust me.”

This is what true fathers of children would always have done throughout history when people were responsible for their actions.

We should make these men, heroes, because they are. Rightous anger at such evil, destructive actions—which destroy children—is good and should be promoted.

Our “justice” department has been totally corrupted to reward perpetrators of evil. Caught in the act—as this man was—deserves death, never a platform for his evil....which a “court of “law”” gives him.

We need to get back to Common Sense and Responsibility that parents have in protecting their children which they had for Thousands of years without a third party interfering. That is what duels were all about-—honor. Honor made these actions and evil much rarer. If men would kill these evil people at the scene—the behavior would quickly end. These evil, Satanic people need to be destoryed immediately—they are destroying a child—the most evil act possible.

Our twisting the “ideas” of “Justice” to give evil cover is the root problem as all Marxist ideology does. We have to trust fathers to protect their own children and not punish them for doing their duty. God love this father.

...particularly since the courts are way too lenient in cases like this.

Exactly!

Chances are, if this guy had simply been arrested, he would be back on the street in a very short while (depending on the extent of this assault).

There should be no doubt that this guy would have eventually had his way with some other poor child.

The father in this article just saved his daughter - and God only knows how many other daughters - from a lifetime memory of evil.

With all those people around who let the father take care of business, it seems a jury of his peers has already spoken. Not guilty.

Salve

I see your point, protecting our familia is irrelevant, “Here of a “ victim” defendant of assault with lethal attack an pedophile goes home free “Victim has been viciously attack by defender without no reason your honor.”, person father protecting child is in prison for suppose committing murder against a suppose victim, of intent to committing murder.

“Your Honor, this man is to predictable and has assaulted my client without remorse…”

We are living in upside down world friend.

Merci

One good one was dumping out all their dressers drawers and making them refold and make it neat or Ill dump them again...
