On Hannity, Dem pollster Pat Caddell swears he absolutely knows from his sources who the WH secrets leaker is, and it is National Security Advisor Tom Donilon.
Caddell, who is very well wired into all things Democratic in DC, said he thought there as no way Donilon would have done this without Obama's permission and perhaps instigation.
He went on to describe Donilon as a "pure political hack" who has absolutely no experience or qualifications to be the NSA.
Caddell" "Because of this hack, American friends are either dead, in prison or on the run. The Israelis are absolutely furious over the Azerbaijani leak"
To quote Caddell, "This is a job that people like Henry Kissinger, Brent Scowcroft, Condi Rice and Colin Powell have had, and then Obama brings in this vote-counting political hack, registered lobbyist-lawyer for Fannie Mae!"
"General Jones was quoted as saying this hack has no credibility with the military, and now he is burning them." When he burned the CIA in a previous leak, the then-CIA director told him; 'I've got a new PR plan for you, Tom. Shut the F**k Up!"
Remember, the DNC (and RNC) are much more interested in House and Senate races than the presidency.
Presidents come and go, but Senators can last 30 years, and they control the purse strings.
If DNC has a choice of bscking Obama and losing Senate... or throwing him overboard and retaining Senate, it’s Bye, Bye, Barack!

I’m not sure Caddell is really crazy about anybody remotely close to either Obama or the Clintons these days. I honestly believe he may in fact think the leak was both wrong and stupid and may cost Dems too many votes.

Except for one thing...Obama, as the NCA, has the authority to declassify and authorize the release of any information he sees fit. So if in fact, Obama declassified and authorized Donilon to release the info, while foolhardy, inept and grossly irresponsible, it may not be, strictly speaking, illegal...
...unless one is willing to make the case for treason against the POTUS.

Thanks for the link, it was very informative. Pat Caddell would not have publicly named anyone on national television unless he had the goods. Obama and his circle seem to be desperate and melting before our eyes. Reminds me of Nixon’s “Saturday Night Massacre’ when things really showed they were falling apart.

I hope you are not being sarcastic because that is my take on Caddell as well. He is always introduced on Fox as a Dem but to tell you he truth he walks and talks more like a Republican.
Caddell is a straight up guy, as opposed to one prominant R pollster who has been known to cook the books for $.
