If a homersexual wanted to pass out stuff at our church celebrations what would we want the ruling to be?

I need some paper to use in starting the wood stove. Pulp korans are as good as any for that purpose. But slick coated paper- not so much.

You mean, if your church was holding a celebration at a public park, and had a non-exclusive permit to use the park, and a homosexual wanted to pass out non-pornographic literature that met community standards of decency....right?

Because the argument you made (as stated) leaves out that bit. Did you do that on purpose?

“If a homersexual wanted to pass out stuff at our church celebrations what would we want the ruling to be?”

I believe the difference here is between public and private property.

They are meeting on public property, therefore, it should be accessible to the public.

If they rent their own hall or meet in their own house, it’s different.

A federal judge says a Wisconsin man cannot hand out Bibles inside a gay pride festival this month at a public park in Minneapolis.

He'd also be charged with a crime for photographing public sex in the park washrooms.

The national gay rights lobby has been seeking to decriminalize washroom sex since it "unfairly" prosecutes members of the same sex (since they are the only ones who can legally enter the washroom).

They say it leads to embarrassment, public scorn and ridicule, and criminal prosecution.

Down is up. It's is too late to save this nation.

Your church is on private property.

The godless Atheist brigade has already seen to it that religious gatherings on public property are shunned and prohibited.

But the lavender mafia has their taxpayer and corporate sponsored gay pride orgies nationally this month. Weeeee.

what exactly do they have to be proud of?
That they are a tiny minority forcing the majority to bend to their will?

How about a t-shirt that reads: Heterosexual Pride

You intolerant BREEDER!

How dare you impose your own sexual identity on gays, lesbians, transgenders, transvestites, bisexuals, trisexuals,...?

This is about UNITY. Except for heterosexuals. They only get derision. The Lavender Mafia has spoken.

Really though, if you look at it, the closest homosexuals come to "tolerance" is accepting someone of the same sex who's had cosmetic surgery and hormone treatments to resemble a member of the opposite sex. Seek out a loving relationship with someone of the OPPOSITE sex without butchering the sexual traits? Not so much. "Ewww".

Tolerance my butt. They are vain and seek someone like themselves.

A church conference or activity may or may not be on private property. I am not in favor of homersexuals but trying to get back to equality before the law. We do not like this ruling but I don’t want homersexuals promoting their agenda at my gatherings either.

It’s not a Federal offense if a homosexual DOES step into a religious gathering and push his position.

But this Federal judge thinks it is a federal offense to promote religion at a gay pride event.

Does this mean there won’t be any ministers trying to advance same sex marriage there?

The group has non-exclusive access to the park, by the way. Homosexuals apparently have exclusive control on what is SAID in that park.

If one really wanted to hurt the gay pride movement, just nationally expose the San Francisco Fulsom Street Parade in all it’s infamy.

On what basis do you conclude that this judge's order would protect you from such activities at your gatherings?

I understand that a person has the right not to accept something offered but I cannot understand how a judge can prohibit someone from offering something.

If it is just a gay thing what will the judge do about the presence of a bible when a gay person rents a hotel room to attend the event?
