Rights Being Lost Under Obama

In a 2001 radio interview, Barack Obama spoke about failures of the Warren court during the civil rights movement. He said “...generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties” (what government can’t do to you, not what it must do on your behalf). He lamented that the Supreme Court never ventured into redistribution of wealth and political and economic justice in society.

Hundreds of years ago, the founders saw Obama coming and intentionally limited intrusive federal powers like these in the Constitution. Read Frederic Bastiat’s “The Law” at (bastiat.org/en/the_law.html). Learn why we have laws and why socialism must inevitably degenerate into communism.

Obama dislikes not having a federal mandate to “do to you.” Joe Knoedler (02-22-12) thinks Obama should have that power and characterizes him as “...someone who understands the middle class and will fight for...me and my future family...”

Rights Being Lost Under Obama

Cradle to grave isn't a right otherwise that statement wouldn't be true.

The US Constitution was not written with a time period in mind and wasn't meant to evolve with the times other than a few amendments as neceassary.

The US Constitution WAS WRITTEN with human nature in mind (tyranny) and human nature does NOT change with time.

We have a damn near perfect US Constitution. It was designed to stop the human nature of tyranny with the vigilance of its people.

And it's getting thoroughly tested by Obama...

The US Constitution is a completely alien concept to obama. He has no idea how it works, what rules he must abide by, or what limitations it puts upon him and the executive branch. in other words, obama behaves like someone who wasn’t born or raised in the US.

Rights cannot be lost. They can be traduced, but they are never lost.

The big question is — will we recover these rights should Romney replace Bambi?

Isn’t the citizenry expected to grab the ankles?

Why do you think we constantly re-elect a large group of elitist legislators who pass laws that they themselves do not want to be subjected to?
