A College Station man faces felony indecency charges after police said he exposed himself from his apartment balcony to four kids swimming in a pool at the complex.
Frank Alan Stortini, 43, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Pepper Tree Apartments on Longmire Drive. He remained in the Brazos County Jail on Sunday in lieu of $48,000 bail.
Authorities said children ages 4, 9, 10 and 12 years old were in the pool when Stortini is accused of committing the crime. An arrest report filed by College Station police states that parents of the children said that Stortini was poolside when he first approached the 9-year-old, said his name was Frank the Tank and asked if she wanted a ride on an emergency flotation device. The child replied no and swam away, prompting Stortini to throw the device at the kid and walk inside his apartment, the report states.
Minutes later, Stortini walked out onto his balcony wearing only a towel and with his private parts exposed, one of the kids parents told police, according to the report.
The parent told the children to look away and get out of the pool, the report says. She then told Stortini to go back inside his apartment.
[The parent] said the defendant then yelled something about in Connecticut you will be killed for telling a man to go back inside, the report says.
The man then fully exposed himself by removing his towel within view of all four children, the report says. The parents called police and Stortini was arrested inside his apartment. The parents of all four children asked to press charges.
Indecent exposure to a child is a third-degree felony is punishable by between two and 10 years in prison and $10,000 fine.
Somehow I don’t think Frank “The Tank” Stortini is a student at Texas A&M University.. =/
Giggety-gig’em!
Frank the Tank, please meet your new cellmate, Merv the Perv...
...and Leslie Horwinkle.
I guess he should change his name to Tank “The Frank” since he was waving his Oscar Mayer around..
Stinkin’ Pervert.

Joisey City State College, maybe?;)
If the guy did what is described then he deserves everything they can throw at him.
But, there appears to be a lot going unsaid in this published account, and it sounds a little too over the top. I’m picking up some sort of contrivance. Why I couldn’t say.
Just another Aggie who thinks that Texas A&M is Number 1.
I agree. Had he been an Aggie, he'd have been exposing himself to livestock instead of children.
And Chester the Molester.
