The claim of EP means that Obama knew, either before or after the fact that his Treasury Dept.(where ATF is) is directly responsible for the murders of at least 2 Federal Agents and hundreds of Mexican citizens.

I don't know about that...if Issa hadn't pushed for the last 18 months would Obama have felt forced to claim Executive Privilege? I truly believe Holder and Obama have backed themselves into a corner that even the main stream media can get them out of now.

Do None Of You People realize what has just happened! Holder has just linked Obama to the Fast and Furious program! This now opens the President up to all sorts of investigations which can not be good at all in an election year! Holder is circling the drain and he is taking the President with him. Can no one here see this? There is way too much evidence, REAL evidence against Holder. Obama should have cut him loose last year. It makes no difference if this is a continuation of a Bush project or not, it should never have gone as far as it did. That is a GREAT way to phrase this issue by Sen Grassley.

0dumb0 is asserting executive privilege for documents he supposedly knows nothing about!!! More than likely, these documents have both his & Holder's fingerprints all over them. He & Holder both deserve to be impeached, charged with treason, and spend the next 50 years in prison.

IMO Obama planned everything except the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry who died because of the reckless manner in which this operation to steal our Constitutional rights was performed.
