Thursday marked the 224th anniversary of the ratification of the U.S. Constitution with no word out of the White House.
The White House website did not mention the anniversary in its blog or any other portion of its website. According to the White House schedule, Obama is scheduled to deliver a speech about student loan interest rates. Obama has come under fire for failing to celebrate other anniversaries, including the June 6 D-Day invasions that marked the turn of World War II.
The administration took time out on Wednesday to honor the 40th anniversary of Title IX, which forced schools to support sports programs for girls.
The list, Ping

Why would they celebrate the signing of a document they don’t recognize?
Obama has nothing but contempt for the Constitution so it’s no surprise to me that he and his traitorous, treasonous staff ignored this.
Excellent point.
I’m pretty sure he wiped his ass with a bio-degradable green copy of the Constitution this morning.
He’s not going to celebrate the signing of it, he’s out to destroy it.
No surprise here! It’s like sending flowers to your ex on the big day.
Have any past presidents commemorated the day?
He ignored D-Day just past and I know that all past presidents definitely commemorated that day in some fashion.
Don’t spoil the moment.
We have 20 seconds of hate left.

That’s because he knows Lenin’s birthday.
Don’t know. But Obama didn’t recognize D-Day either.
Easy to explain.. He got all wrapped up in the ‘gay celebration’ preparations with his man-wife.
He’s also the first President to “forget” National Day of Prayer. But, he remembered to issue a decree acknowledging Ramadan.
Thank you.
He got all wrapped up in the gay celebration preparations with his man-wife.
