Also discussion SCOTUS could remain “open” beyond Monday so MengeleCare decision could come AFTER Monday.

What...I thought the next decisions were to be announced on Monday? I think that was what was said at the end of yesterday's announcements. The next announcements will be Monday and Thursday, with Thurs being the last session.

opinion day
Not sure I ever contemplated the interesting nature of the “opinion” day.
I would think unfortunately their “decisions” good or bad and there is plenty of bad, weigh much more than mere opinion.

According to ScotusBlog, SCOTUS still has 4 more cases, plus the three Obamacare-related cases, for which it has yet to release opinions, and such opinions will be released next Monday and/or next Thursday (and not on any other day, certainly not today).

We should have an official national holiday to celebrate these nine people who have such incredible power to decide how we shall conduct our personal affairs.

We should have an official national holiday to:
Have the US Congress,
Put them in their place.
Interpreters, NOT law makers.
Or suffer the consequences.

We should have an official national holiday to celebrate these nine people who have such incredible power to decide how we shall conduct our personal affairs. I'd be fine with that as long as it included tar, feathers and rope.
