Democrats Will Remove Obama via Twenty Fifth Amendment
self ^ | June 22, 2012 | Uncle Sham

Those who have placed Obama where he is have seemingly sent signals that his usefulness to them has expired. His support is eroding within the ranks of his own party and cracks are starting to show in the media treatment he has received. They cannot allow his presence on the ticket in November as it will help destroy the cause in which they believe.

If they are going to pull the rug from under him, it has to be done in a way that his core supporters can find acceptable. There isn't sufficient time left before the election for impeachment proceedings that could be blamed on the Republican party. This leaves only a few options, only one of which that I can see Obama willing to play along with. Let's see what the Twenty Fifth Amendment, Section 4 says.

"4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."

Is Obama starting to act "crazy" lately? Are his recent rants and rulings part of a plan to set the stage for declaring him unfit to serve? Look for more insanity from him in the near future if this is the plan as well as Biden appointing Hillary to the Vice president spot if the Twenty Fifth is put into effect. I can just see the news coverage with all of the Democrats, one after the other, crying into the microphones about how they feel so concerned for dear old Barry, and how much they hope he gets better, etc., etc.

It's their only out that can be done before the election. He has faked his entire life history. Don't think that faking a little insanity is beyond him. It sets the stage for all of the fake compassion you won't be able to get away from 24-7 as well.

. . . and allowing an Alzheimers victim the office of POTUS for any length of time is totally irresponsible

You are being very unkind to Alzheimer's victims to block them in with Hillary. She is simply a lunatic, who has never been sane from day one.

“Their problem, should they remove Obama from office or replace him at the convention, is the blacks will stay home”

Not if they choose the LHO route. Do you doubt that the people who invented “Obama” are capable of liquidating their protege?

A few things:

1. Demoncrats eat their own to dispose of inconveniences and liabilities
2. Mobsters are ruthless
3. The media lives for both Obama worship and ratings

I’d be concerned that the demoncrats could choose to remove Obama alright, just not via the 25th...

... or maybe they would fake it, like everything else about the usurper.

That’s not happening either. I read the same theories during the Clinton years - never happened. If you want to be paranoid, be paranoid about the tricks they are going to play this election cycle.

“Consider this: What if we do and he doesn’t?”

Hopefully we will continue to be a nation of laws. Unfortunately the Administrative Branch has chosen not to enforce laws on the books, and has chosen to sue states who are trying to enforce those same laws. This administration is follow an agenda to promote the nationalization and socialization of our government. Our Republic is in danger.

The old phrase used in beginning typing class comes to mind. “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of our country.”

“Dream on. This turkey isn’t going anywhere unless we elect an alternative this November.”

And even then, we will need a crowbar to pry them out.

Watch for Mooch to have a chicken leg in one paw, gnawing it as she walks out, with some of the White House china in her other hand and hopping with one leg hooked under a sofa, dragging it as she hops a la Hillary Clinton, all the while screaming, “Whitey done did us wrong!!!!! Where are my reparations??!! Dis country doesn’t deserve us!!!”

Only way for him to not be on the ballot, is if her were DEAD!

I pray every day of the week that no one eliminates him from society other than through the ballot box.

I for one do not want another black communist martyr with streets, schools, and national holidays named after him.

The only way the fraudulent Kenyan goes is with a landslide in Nov. Anything less and he wins by fraud

Couldn't agree with you more. He'll go but only if it's beyond obvious that he couldn't steal it.

Abandoning Obama? Seriously? I mean, really, the most ticked off woman in politics has got to be Nancy Pelosi, whom has had her thunder stolen by the token black man in the White House. ObamaCare? Obama lifted a pen, Pelosi broke virtually every rule of the House to push it through. Obama summons people to the White House to tell them to get it done, Nancy actually went out and did it, and it's called ObamaCare...

But then again, that's been the whole thing with Obama. Go play out back at the hoops, the adults are working here on making back door amnesty. Here, sign this, declare that this pile of papers is suddenly subject to executive privileged, then go play some golf. Good boy.

We've not had a president for nearly four years - we've just had someone pres(id)ent. He reads a teleprompter, then goes off on vacation.

No one in the Democrat party works with the White House - why should they? He's their boy, does what they order him to, then goes off and plays when he's done. Installing Biden as president would bring a whole heap of problems, the first of which would be a real Chief of Staff, and a person who won't take orders and go play when not needed. Worse, Biden’s staff would actually want to take charge of the party, and start directing that pile of cash.

Nahh, the Democrats are expecting Romney to tick off his base, then using the media, turn him into a rich Republithug who'll steal all the toys away from those who live on the dole. They can see the writing on the wall - far less than half of US citizens (and all non-citizens) pay nothing in federal taxes, but benefit most from federal giveaways. They're banking on that to keep the White House.

Only problem with that plan is that the dole is filled with lazy people who don't want to do anything. How do you get them off their butts to go out and vote? Why, they've already previewed that answer - mandatory voting. Just make a regulation suddenly appear that demands that recipients must vote to continue receiving benefits.

That's the kicker to all these fights against voter id laws - they expect to be able to push through these regulations at the last second, and if there's any ID requirements that go beyond showing a benefits card, the whole plan might collapse (or be exposed as to the depth of the number of illegals who are receiving benefits...)

"I disagree. The establishment Rats would rather go down in a major defeat and then work to recover in 2016 than to disrespect their locked in black vote"

Just think of all the executive order giveaways, reparations, etc, leftist declarations of policy that this man could initiate as proof of his "losing it". The commies get all of their wishes put into play without the consent of the Congress this way. They also get rid of the issues such as "ineligibility", "fast and furious", as well as Hillary at the head of the ticket. The pubbies want the eligibility issue to go away as it involves their complicity. Barry doesn't want any of the other options for removal acted upon. In short, the entire mess of corrupt crooks in DC has something to like about this option.

This might end up being the October surprise.

For the establishment of either of the political parties, it is not so important to win an election as it is to keep the base together for the long term. Democrats will not stab Obama in the back, and therefore his supporters in the Democratic party, for the short term gain of one election. Even if they know he will lose they will stick with him, but may reallocate funding away into other more winnable races. Then rally the troops and work towards 2014.

Even if Republicans sweep the house, senate and presidency, the economy will not be doing significantly better in a few years, and if we cut the budget may actually lose jobs, so the prospect of a democrat comeback in 2014 is real.

And putting Hillary on a ticket would doom it to failure. If they ever do this, they’ll pick a candidate that’s attractive to voters, at least D voters, with some appeal of a non-political nature like a popular major sports figure or whoever they figure can garner some enthusiastic votes without having to defend the current regime’s foreign and economics policy failures.

The only way this could happen is if the 0dude goes stark raving mad, and he does seem to be headed that way. Peelosi and dingy harry are also both crazy as hell. If this were to come to pass the proceedings and the outcome could be both exciting and disturbing to hehold.
