Let me get directly to the point. “Fast and Furious” had to have had help from Janet Napolitano who is the Secretary of Homeland Security and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Either I.C.E. allowed those guns to cross or they are totally incompetent at their job by not catching even ONE OF THOUSANDS of illegal firearms as they crossed the border into Mexico.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is guilty as sin of covering up this corrupt mess of the MOST OPAQUE ADMINISTRATION IN U.S. HISTORY.
Indict, arrest and impeach them all. Investigate how over 2,000 guns made it across the border under the noses of Homeland INSECURITY.
You also don’t need a Contempt of Congress charge to get this mess before a criminal court.
1.) Federal Firearms law was broken for each gun sold without a federal background check.
2.) Any assault weapons which were fully automatic also violated Federal Law.
3.) I believe as many as 69 illegal guns were found into California, violating state laws.
4.) No waiting period … aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise … exporting firearms into a country where firearms are illegal except for police and military … no export license … and how many INTERSTATE COMMERCE LAWS did Holder break?

My senators are Levin and Stabenow. Given the fact that Brian Terry was a Michigan native I think they need to stand and call for the president to come clean.
I don’t believe that will “git-er done!”
Maybe criminal charges will though until the _resident issues a full pardon for all involved...
The ugly results of this massive dictatorial government intervention, can now be seen coast to coast.

"Fast and Furious" gave aid and comfort to the enemy. Not only should Napolitano, Holder, and the rest of the Obama thugs be indicted, arrested and impeached, they should also be charged, tried, convicted, sentenced, and then the sentence executed.
Whether they are incompetent or not...the United States policy is to NOT check people going into Mexico. Sometimes Southbound travelers are checked as part of a special operation or if they are looking for someone but as a rule they are not.
I would not be surprised if Janet from another planet was involved, but not catching the firearms going South is not proof of that.

They seen to be able to find a wad of drug money cash bundled and stuffed into a gas tank just fine. Remember they find and sieze cash over $10,000 going into Mexico and that’s a smaller bundle than any assault rifle.

Dear Senator Bennet:Let's call Fast and Furious, Castaway, "Grenade Walker" and "Cash Walker" what they are. State-sponsored terrorism.
On this side of the border they are violations of the RICO Act. In Mexico and Honduras it is state-sponsored terrorism.
What else would you call heavily arming international criminal syndicates within foreign countries wherein those countries are in a death struggle with those syndicates?
Especially when it goes beyond thousands of assault rifles to include grenades, RPGs, shoulder fired rockets, anti-aircraft guns, night vision equipment, body armor and special deals to bring their drugs onto our soil with legal impunity?
Not to mention the just-revealed news that the rip crew that killed BP Agent Brian Terry was there with DEA and FBI assistance and approval to attack and kill a rival cartel's smuggling crew.
Let's not leave out the FBI and DEA laundering millions of dollars for the drug cartels by setting up bank accounts for them that they otherwise couldn't do.
It is organized, it is spread throughout every Federal LEA and it violates numerous domestic laws and numerous statutes and treaties that deal with foreign nations. Yet none of it has been officially sanctioned by Congress. (that I know of) It is the Federal government acting like mafioso.
Pres. Obama, AG Eric Holder and Sec. State Hillary Clinton are all deeply involved in this and it is unquestionably state-sponsored terrorism by the definition used to define states like Iran and North Korea.
PS: if you think I am wrong or exaggerating any of this I will be glad to bring you up to speed with very well sourced articles, legal depositions (publically available) and other public information that verifies every word I have said.
Either you are with these criminals or you are with U.S. I implore you to get informed, get involved and act or get run over by this. This lawless scandal is not going away.

Well under current policy it is true. It changes from time to time but the odds of being checked going South are slim. Once in a while they check for a few hours or days- or if looking for specific people going South. Most money is found from tips or ongoing investigations.
