There is a very serious reason for this request. I would rather not say right now but it is imperative that everyone who can, get their CW permits.

Perhaps, the actual need for a 'permit' won't make any difference. Permits are for law-abiding citizens, and apparently, the law or Constitution means nothing to this government anymore.
