They can now! Well, they can't outright legislate that you purchase these items. That would be "unconstitutional." But what they can do is confiscate your property through punitive taxation if you "choose" not to purchase these things, because Congress' power to tax is unlimited. And I'm sure this is exactly what the authors of the Constitution intended. /s

Why yes, comrade Tawanasheka Carter of the 17th Region Central Planning committee of New Jersey, I did indeed purchase a bicycle!

If it prove to be inadequate of course I will switch to Affordable Bicycles Act equipment.

It shouldn't be. Check out post 7. I have HTML, PDF, and EPUB versions on my website. Might even make a Kindle version tonight if I can get that to work.
