SORRY to everyone on the thread. For some reason, FR was blocked by our I/T. We are permitted to browse forums, etc. during “breaks” so long as there is no pornographic materials, so I’m not sure what happened. Finally fixed.
Was out last week because I took a break at the end. Wednesday, we had to say good bye to our 11 year old Saint Bernard. He was a loyal and faithful friend, and it pained me to make the decision to let him go the the Rainbow Bridge. I apologize to everyone for my shortcomings the past couple of months. Work has been crazy. I have missed you guys terribly and really missed you all on Thursday. Thank you for not hating me!

Thank you. I’m considering switching from dogs to birds. I don’t know that I can handle the short lifespans of dogs. (Kidding, kind of. . .)
Someone said they didn’t understand how people became so invested in their relationships with their pets when they know their pets are going to die. . .IMHO, all relationships are that way. I’m just thankful there isn’t an Obamacare for dogs yet.
