I mean, why bother?

It's one of the first three boxes.

Good, I like to see them also start a Congressional investigation into who/what caused CJ Roberts to changed his position.

The outcome might just lead to impeachment!

It's a start.

Apparently it's not:

The bill would have to get through the Senate and be signed by President Obama to become law.

There would still be an IRS with a flat tax, but they’d be 1/1000th the size they are now. Just an office in DC and a data/call center where labor and power is cheap.

How about a debate on a fair tax or flat tax! Get rid of the IRS altogether and stop the slavery!

Amen fox.

“Sales taxes let the truly rich (that don’t work, or participate in our earned ‘economy’) get off completely untaxed.”

You haven’t read the Fair Tax Bill. I recommend that you do so. You comment is untrue.

In fact, what you have written is true of the current, progressive, tax system.

Just the recently-hired IRS agents outnumber House members by roughly 300 to 1 and their sole reason for existence is to cause trouble.

I got my hopes up....but then I read this and shake my head. The bill would have to get through the Senate and be signed by President Obama to become law. I mean, why bother?

Has FR been invaded by the new castrati? You're upset because they will have to follow the Constitution? You had your hopes up because there was some magic trick they maybe found?

Sales taxes let the truly rich (that don’t work, or participate in our earned ‘economy’) get off completely untaxed.

That's not true and you know it so why you sayin' it?

People will be taxed when they consume irrespective of whether they're "truly rich", "falsely rich", or bald.

Fight to the last breath against desolation and compromise, like brave Leonidas, who inspired Oglethorpe to take on a fool's mission centuries later:

We are resolved not to suffer defeat - we will rather die like Leonidas and his Spartans -if we can but protect Georgia and Caro- lina and the rest of the Americans from desolation.

How would they avoid paying taxes on what they buy?

Yeah, just like the way they impeached Eric Holder after finding him in contempt.

Irrespective? Is that a word? Did you mean “regardless”, maybe? Or,
“ without respect “?

"The bill would have to get through the Senate and be signed by President Obama to become law. "

It goes nowhere without the Senate and Romney.

You don’t need to repeal that which was never passed in the first place...

http://www.thelawthatneverwas.com/defects.aspx

10 States are on record of not ratifing the 16th amendment so it would only take 3 more States.

Tie this measure to an appropriations bill that funds the government.

Vote against this measure and paint a target on your back.

For the Secret Service and anti-gun trolls, the previous sentence contains what is commonly known as a "metaphor." See if you can find it. Hint: it's a literary device that describes something in less-than-literal terms ...

Tag every bill with full repeal. Block EVERYTHING that comes out of Conference that doesn’t have full repeal attached. Make the Senate choose.
