Angry? I am losing my income, my health insurance is being messed with, death panels are now legal and you think I'm angry.

Well, yeah. I am.

And in the Rasmussen daily tracking poll of likely voters, Obama led Romney by two points two days ago - today Romney leads Obama by two - and negative evaluation of the Supreme Court is up eleven points in the last week - looks like the Obamatax decision is having an effect after all.....

Obamacare has been the driving force behind the Tea Party since early 2010 when Scott Brown shocked the country by winning Ted Kennedy's old senate seat - the first time in decades that Massachusetts had a Republican senator. Scott Brown's winning campaign message was that he'd be the deciding vote to stop Obamacare.

Well despite Brown's election, the Democrats found a way to cram Obamacare down our throats anyway, which led to the huge GOP victories later that year in the congressional mid-terms. Many elected officials who supported Obamacare were driven from office.

The Tea Party movement continued on. Christie's win in New Jersey. Walker's win in Wisconsin. Then a Republican (Bob Turner) won Weiner's seat in Brooklyn/Queens - unheard of!

So if "conservative anger" is hitting stratospheric levels, once can only imagine what this November is going to bring.

I worked damn hard for my health benefits.

Commuted every day for hour and a half each way into the sun, worked 10-12 hour days for 22 YEARS.

Took a financial hit upon getting laid off to opt for staying in their benefit pool.

Now it’s all going for a bunch of freeloaders?

This was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

This election is now a

DEFCON 1

election. We are going thermonuclear. This is for the future of our country. A BFD election.

The greatest shock to the system is that neoliberal anti-constitutional Leftist tool activist Justice Roberts instantly and singlehandidly converted thousands of tax lawyers into de facto defense attorneys with one single cowardly and devastating F up.

Anger is a GOOD Thing if it will get people off their a$$!

Apathy is the enemy of the people.

I'm trying to separate fact from rumor on this, but the IPAB may have been redacted from the law. Or processes are ongoing to that effect; can't tell for sure:

Of course, assuming this was done, it wouldn't surprise me to see it surface again later and be re-established, especially if money gets too tight.

There is only one lesson to be derived from this Supreme Court fiasco.

We have to stop relying on the Supreme Court to protect us from the expansion of government power. That should have been clear after the McCain Feingold debacle, but some people may need an additional example.

If it is to be permissable for the Federal Government to have that kind of latitude, we must make absolutely certain that never again will we allow Big-Government Liberals to hold the reigns of power. The idea that we can relax and let the Constitution protect us from the predations of oppressive government should at last be proved obviously false to each and every one of us.

So we are just going to have to go out and beat them. This time, next time, and every time after that.

Death Panels? You're gonna wish you had Death Panels. At least with Death Panels you have a legal process to fall back on.

We're going to wind up with a Death Panel of one, with an IV morphine drip that goes up to 11 on any quiet night.
