Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer took a humorous poke at Barack Obama and Chief Justice John Roberts Monday.
During a Special Report discussion about the President recently begging for donations during a conference call aboard Air Force One, Krauthammer said, "If he is running low on money, what he ought to do is to call it a tax and send the IRS after it to go and get it, which I’m sure his lawyers will be able to find a way to do it, and then go find a Supreme Court justice who’ll uphold it."

After twisting like a pretzel to justify Robert’s concurrence in upholding Obamacare, it’s going to take more than a few jokes to have me taking Krauthammer seriously.
It is hard to twist the pretzel shape required to call RobertsCare a victory. Roberts himself put an ad in the NYT today: “Contortionists Wanted”
Last Thursday, late in the day, after the Roberts disaster decision was released, Roberts made a statement to a colleage or someone that he was glad that he’d be on the island of Malta over the weekend so that he’d be far away from the people who wanted his scalp.
What the %!$&# is he doing on Malta? I would not be one bit surprised to learn that he was attending a seminar on how to implement Shariah Law or something along that line!

I’d probably laugh, Kraut, if Robert’s betrayal to this country wasn’t so absolutely devastating.

I find it difficult to find humor in what happened... but maybe that is just me... I see it as one of America’s darkest moments.

We never had him... he is a traitor and the sooner we ALL understand who and what we are dealing with... the sooner we can recover. He is an enemy as much as darth vader ginsberg. The more one learns of roberts and his own words... the more vile and contemptable he grows. Mark Levin has his number and has it in spades.

I don’t always agree with him but I do on this one. He seems angry at this notion of the court that anything and everything is legal if it is a tax.
