The primary goal of far too many Republicans is to get re-elected. They dont have the balls to go back and attempt to implement any real change in Washington. Instead, they crouch down, attempting to stay off the mainstream media radar so they can avoid any criticism that might hurt their next bid for re-election.
Its time to throw these bums out with the Democrats
and elect real leaders whose primary goal is to fix the mess
even if it costs them re-election. This is why the Tea Party movement must continue to play a significant role in the process. They seem to be the only thing keeping any of the establishment GOP honest.
The REAL problem is that far too many of our "fellow citizens" embrace the Entitlement State, including many nominal "conservatives." Our job is not just for the coming election -- it is a lifetime task to wean America off the federal money tit. It is a job for a generation. And we have no choice but to try, lest we lose everything.
The Democrat’s beloved Dred Scot was reversed. It took a civil war, but the decision was undone.
The Democrat’s beloved Plessy v. Ferguson was undone. It took a great deal of effort, but the decision was undone.
The Democrat’s beloved ObamaCare v. Freedom will be undone. It may take extreme measures, but the decision will be undone. The question is how much this particular encroachment on freedom by the big government party will cost before decent people are able to reverse it.
Nothing but spineless RINOs. God help us.
The problem is that this article IS THE TRUTH and it damned sure does hurt.
Conservatives are not only being fought tooth and nail by the Democrats, but by the progressives (Read fake Republicans)in our own party.
Mitch McConnell is useless, Boehner is Useless, McCain, Graham,Hatch, Collins etc., etc. ,etc., all useless.
Even if the Republicans win the White House and both sides of the Congress we still face progressives, and not Conservatives.
This “law” will not stand, no matter what McConnell might say.
He obviously doesn't understand what insurance is.
What do we need to do to repeal and replace McConnell and Boner?
No weaning required.
Economic collapse will get the job done swiftly and pitilessly.
Don’t go all wobbly on us Mitch. You didn’t have the numbers back then to stop it. The voters are going to give you the numbers in November -— and, by God, you had better man up and get the job done.
Good post. Right on the mark IMO.
I believe that I said "lest we lose everything." And "economic collapse" entails exactly that.
McConnell stumbled and had no answer when questioned from the weekend show media circus talking heads asking what the GOP alternative to Obamatax is.
At least Rino McConnell could have said that the alternative would be the Ryan plan. No wonder Obama is on track to have another four years to destroy the U.S.
In the words of Obi Won Kenobe..”Then the enemy has already won”
Instead of covering their lily-whites, get out there and fight. Wusses is too kind a term.
Enough of the tut-tutting and Queensbury rules of politics...take off the damn gloves.
"NO IT AIN'T, MORON,"
....not if you remove your gonads from their secure place in that locked box and you decide you reallllly want to!
Its as simple as......
Well said.
Just to join the clarion call for conservative challengers to these wussies during primaries...
We only have ourselves to blame if the RINOs stay in power.
To me this is nearly as egregious as the mandate.
Some of the worst:
Brown, Scott
Collins, Susan
Cornyn, John
Graham, Lindsey
Hatch, Orrin
McCain, John
Kyl, Jon
McConnell, Mitch
Murkowski, Lisa
Snow, Olympia
YEAH, and these are the same REPUBLI-TARDS that the HATE-ROMNEY/MORMONS clique argue would (if we choose to stay home and allow Dear Leader to be reelected).....wait for it....."Keep B. Hussein O'Bummer in check!"
RIGHT!!!!
And if world market turmoil proves insufficient to the task, then the massive tax increases that will go into effect on January 1, 2013 ought to do the trick. Especially so for those people who get their news from the mainstream media, for whom it may well come as a complete shock.
