Very true. I would make a case that Levin and Paul are unique in that their creepy fan clubs claim their guy is all-wise and all-knowing SOLE arbitrator of the U.S. Constitution. Once their self appointed sage & guardian of the Constitution has made a statement on something, the matter is now settled constitutional law, until he changes his mind.
Thus, as Levin decrees, the U.S. Constitution must give Senators the power to block all judicial appointments during a Democrat administration, but this power is not in effect during Republican administrations.
And, as Paulbots will tell you, the U.S. Constitution somehow gives Congressmen the power to ban partial birth abortion at the federal level, but NOT to ban abortion for gender selection at the federal level.
