"First thing that always pops into my head regarding our president is that all of the people who are setting up this barrier for him ... they just conveniently forget that Barack had a mama, and she was white — very white American, Kansas, middle of America," Freeman said. "There was no argument about who he is or what he is. America's first black president hasn't arisen yet. He's not America's first black president — he's America's first mixed-race president."

Go back through Morgan Freeman’s past. I guarantee you he’s not what he demands others to be. Besides, his and other’s exclusive focus on race is laughable. If they, for one second, imagine themselves, somehow, because of their race, to be “African,” they are some of the most deluded people on the face of the earth. In Africa there is no generic African—everybody’s a member of a tribe and/or language group. That has a higher priority in day-to-day life than melanin content. And black Africans laugh at black Americans dressed up in their dashikis and cowry shell necklaces and other Africanoid clothing thinking they are “celebrating their heritage.” They know that black Americans are WAY more American in their attitudes and outlook on life than they could ever be African.
Most blacks in the US are mixed-race, to some degree, including Morgan Freeman. Just compare pictures of actual Africans from West Africa, versus “African Americans”.
Knowing Morgan Freeman from previous news reports, it raised my blood pressure really rise when the Independence Day church service had a patriotic film narrated by ... MF?!?!? Yes I know that the media has a love affair with deep melodious voices from Paul Robeson on. What would Darth Vader have been without James Earl Jones voicing his lines? Now I would like to watch the science channel program, “Through the Wormhole” but since it is narrated by MF, I find it easy to skip. YUCK this idiot!
How many people saw the Skip Gates Project on PBS where they took blood and DNA samples from many black folks and then proved to a lot if them that they had no identifiable history with slave ancestors. Morgan Freeman is descended from slaves but you should have seen for instance Maya Angelou’s face when Gates told her she was like more white than African and her ancestors all came here from Trinidad. LOL
Morgan’s words ring of racism to me. Looking for someone of a certain racial purity should have gone out with the search for pure “Aryans” of some decades ago.

Lucky for him that he did have a WHITE Mama very white American, Kansas. Now I will ask you to consider something. It’s what I call “Where would they be?” It’s kind of like follow the money when seeking out Democrats and corruption.
Where would Barack Hussein Obama be? If he had not had a white Mama. And especially if he had not had a white Grandfather and Grandmother. Who else would have raised him his mother seems to have been out of the picture as far as being responsible for raising her child. Maybe she picked up this trait during the time she spent with his womanizing philandering baby making daddy who by all accounts was some kind of international playboy. And who disappeared from the picture shortly after his birth. That is of course if he was really Baracks father. Most black men do not know their fathers or actually who their fathers are. So now we must ask where would he be? He would most likely have been raised on the welfare and food stamp system. Lived in Government housing and spent his free time (every hour of his life) playing basketball on the gubmint playground, drinking, gang banging, and getting high in the hood. He would not have gotten an education in the countrys finest colleges or gotten a law degree. He might even have wound up in prison. Just take a moment and think about it all if not for his wealthy white Grandfather. Where would He be?
As far as I’m concerned, Freeman can take his “gravitas” and shove it. He’s just another racist black man seeking revenge on Whitey.
