The north Georgia college student who says she’s like to blow up toilets in the woods for fun is now in real serious trouble.
Celia Alchemy Savage was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury that accused her of making pipe bombs.
Savage, 23, is charged with three counts of making and possessing explosive devices and possessing firearms while unlawfully using controlled substances, U.S. Attorney Sally Quillan Yates said.
Law enforcement agencies raided Savage’s home May 30 and found pipe bombs, firearms and suspected illegal drugs.
Savage allegedly told the FBI that her hobby is blowing up toilets in the woods. To do that, she made five to seven pipe bombs.
"Manufacturing explosive devices and detonating them for recreation was her hobby," according to an ATF report.
Savage told federal agents that she had made between five and seven pipe bombs of various sizes and a "cherry bomb," which she described as a tennis ball containing gun powder, according to the statement from a Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent. She told the agents she knew it was wrong or against the law to make the devices, but said it was her hobby and she is passionate about it, according to the statement.
One of those toilet-exploding expeditions made its way to YouTube, her father admits.

"She likes to hunt and fish," Tommy Savage told Channel 2 Action News about his daughter. "She loves shooting. She goes sky diving. All kinds of stuff like that that you wouldn't really typically think of a young lady doing."
Ms. Savage studies auto mechanics at North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville.
Her public Facebook profile show several pictures of Savage with her fire arms. Plus number statements about her distaste for the people that have charged her.
"I despise all law enforcement and any governing authority," her Facebook profile states. "I am not one for selective targeting but mass destruction."
But Mr. Savage says this is none of the government’s business. Just a little country girl having fun in the woods.
"The government, don't have a whole lot of use for," Savage said. "I think everybody ought to be able to stay on their property, do whatever the heck they want to."
Mr. Savage says his daughter is not a terrorist, militia member, or a drug user. He’s not a big fan of some her friends, though.
Savage is charged with possession of an unregistered destructive device and possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of a controlled substance, according to the warrant obtained against her.
Savage's court-appointed lawyer Jake Waldrop did not immediately return a phone call.
not the only thing about her that has apparently been blown up
Nevertheless, not guilty on all charges. She could pass for not guilty on looks alone, but goes over the top with general friskiness.
I thought it was going to be a story about a girl planning to do something terrible, and I clicked because it’s unusual for a girl to do that kind of crime, but then I read further and thought, oh my God, they’re railroading her. Not because they have probably cause to think she plans to hurt anyone, but because she has the ability if she ever DID decide to hurt someone.
This girl needs to channel Bill Ayers real quick. If she can convince them that she is a real violent threat to conservative America they may even give her the Medal of Freedom or at least a job approving our kid’s text books.
As you probably already know the Feds are targeting Habersham County. They arrested those poor old geezers (the geriatric jihad) at the Waffle House up off 441 in Alto because they were sitting around talking smack about the govt. They are still sitting in jail. There is a tremendous amount of tension in the N GA mountains between the folks and law enforcement. The Feds are trying to terrorize that area and all that is happening is people are getting more and more p#%%@# off. Now they have arrested this poor 23 year old girl. Its ridiculous but this is what a police state brings.
It was changing well before that. This is just a culmination of a long fall...
That's one way to deal with problem bears. Take away their facilities!
Yeah, where is she getting all the toilets, anyway?
Anyone the Feds can demonize, any way they can be demonized, even if it's illegal for them to do so... As long as the objective makes splashy headlines to push an agenda.
I suspect the drug charges were in the stardard prosecutorial tactic of piling as many charges on as you can invent to make sure at least one of them sticks. I can tell you if i were on the jury (which since I’m not in that county I won’t be) I’d find her not guilty and not by reason of her looks, but rather because of 2nd amendment issues. Explosive ordinance - even homemade - fits the definition of arms. Now as to whether or not she’s cute, but not the sharpest knife in the drawer is another matter altogether.
Either herpes or from meth...either way do not want.jpeg
One sees these people on "COPS" always wanting to tell"their side of the story" when all they are doing is giving them information to use against them in court.
She's a moving party.
I agree. November 4, 2008 merely speeded it up.
It sure seems that way to me. I guess they're worried about people taking the constitution too seriously up there.
BTW WHERE ARE THE FR COP BOOT LICKERS. Isn't it time one of them came out from under a rock and started singing the praises of the federal police who keep us safe, who are just doing their jobs, and who should be able to go home to their families at night?
“Who was her victim and what damage was done?”
Bears! Bears who poop in the woods were her victims;she blew up all those toilets.
Al good “citizens” should know ONLY the government is allowed to destroy .
When the SHTF and its going to I would not want to be a Federal Agent in Habersham County.
She was born to blow stuff up!
I say recruit her into the military, point her in the right direction and let her have her fun!
Whatever happened to keeping your business to yourself? How about not posting things on the Internet for the whole world and the government to see?
I’ve got kin in that area and I credit them and they credit me for having better sense than that.
