Former Planned Parenthood of the Heartland Clinic Manager Files Lawsuit Against Midwest Abortion Chain

"In effect, the lawsuit explains, Planned Parenthood both falsely billed Medicaid and took money from low-income women by getting them to pay for services Medicaid was intended to cover in full." Alliance Defending Freedom

Imperative Message From Sue Thayer, FORMER Clinic Manager for Planned Parenthood of the Heartland:

During my last years working at Planned Parenthood, it became increasingly clear to me that not all of their policies and protocols were completely legal and ethical. After much thought, I contacted the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).

I believe that it is an important piece in the nationwide effort to shed light on the darkness and deception surrounding America’s largest abortion provider – Planned Parenthood. It seems that GOD can use all those years that I spent working at Planned Parenthood for His good.

It will be interesting to see how the Obama administration will try and make this one disappear.

Abortion is a holocost.

Lawsuits should be the least of their worries, in a just world, they would be put on trial for crimes against Humanity.

Planned Parenthood in Iowa was paying $2.98 for the birth control packets and billing the government $26.32.

It is noteworthy that Jill June, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Heartland makes over $260,000 a year in salary.

Let us hope that, rather than the court deciding to just fine Planned Parenthood, it will choose to send some of these baby killers to jail. For a long time.

This is sorta like getting Al Capone on tax fraud.

Except in this case Planned Parenthood is the hitman, and the real murderers - or murderesses - are treated like innocent victims.

No, this isn’t a win for the pro-lifers. If they prevail in this suit, it’ll be a hollow victory.

Give me about 820 hollow victories, ok? And we’ll see if that puts a dent in the murder rate.

If they’re committing fraud, they should be sued under qui tam.

Imagine that.

What else would you expect from a cartel that offers pre-natal and neo-natal murder for hire?

“Abortion is a holocaust.”

And, a Liberal attempt to commit Genocide against African-Americans, who have the vast majority of abortions....

I’ll take a hollow victory that forces Planned Parenthood to cough up billions and exposes their fraud.

I admire her for coming out publicly to protect our babies but wonder if all of her statements aren’t more than a little self serving. I don’t see where this office manager has any standing in this case. How was she damaged? If anything it sounds like she was a co-conspirator for helping submit knowingly false claims for several years.

Just my jaundiced view on a possible $5 billion payday.

It would seem to me that this would be considered a “whistleblower” lawsuit, because she is a former employee exposing fraud against the government.

I agree with you - this did take courage on her part.
