Chains With DNA From a Murder Found at Tea Party Rally (Not! It was OWS protest)

If the headline on this story was actually true, maybe the "mainstream" media would pay more attention. Chains tested by police and found with DNA connected to a 2004 murder in New York City have zero connection to any Tea Party but instead belong to the Occupy Movement.

DNA recovered from a chain at the site of an Occupy Wall Street protest in March has been matched with DNA linked to the unsolved killing of a Juilliard student in 2004, law enforcement officials familiar with the case said on Tuesday.

The student, Sarah Fox, 21, disappeared while on a jog in Inwood Hill Park in May 2004, and her naked body was found in the park almost a week later surrounded by yellow tulip petals. The DNA on the chain from the New York protest, the officials said, was matched with DNA found on her portable compact disc player, which was found in the park several days after her body was discovered.

Investigators were seeking to determine the significance of the DNA match. One law enforcement official said it was unclear who might have touched both the CD player and the chain and why, noting that it was possible that the person who did so might not have been the killer.

“Whether it’s a friend or the bad guy, we have to find out,” the official said.

The chain was used in March to prop open an emergency exit door at a subway station as part of an Occupy Wall Street action to allow passengers to ride free.

The police later released surveillance video of people in dark hoods and masks wrapping a long silver chain around the emergency exit door.

Occupiers dressed in dark hoods and masks...violence...rapes and assault at multiple Occupy camps around the country...sounds about right. Let's hope the police catch whoever is responsible for Fox's murder.

When will President Obama and Nancy Pelosi rescind their public support for this group? Nonetheless condemn the group?

"God bless them," Pelosi said, "for their spontaneity. It's independent ... it's young, it's spontaneous, and it's focused. And it's going to be effective."

“The most important thing we can do right now is those of us in leadership letting people know that we understand their struggles and we are on their side, and that we want to set up a system in which hard work, responsibility, doing what you’re supposed to do, is rewarded,” Obama tells ABC News.

Thanks Kaslin.

So, instead of calling it the Tea Party movement and putting the Occutards in the headline...

Sounds like an episode of Criminal Minds.

Why did the authorities test this chain for DNA?

This sounds a little suspicious.

DNA testing is a rather long and expensive proceedure. Why would they have tested the chain for DNA?

Is there any official confirmation of this story?

I thought it was brilliant! Can you imagine the rush of adrenaline and joy when a moonbat sees that title and clicks on it?

It reminds me of the "Far Side" where a ship carrying a cargo of mannequins is sinking, and one of the sharks biting the plastic limbs exclaims in disgust "Hey! What is this, some kind of cruel hoax?"

I’d like to know why they tested the chain in the first place

was this in response to another crime at the location?

The next line after the excerpt in the NY Times article says "Officials said they had fed the DNA from the chain into a database, hoping to find the perpetrators."

I didn't realize propping a fire exit open was a crime that warrented DNA testing.

That was the first thing that poped into my mind. Do the alphabet agencies go around swabbing everything down?

So a murder by an OWS participant is analogous to a commercial plane landing at the airport without incident. It’s not unusual and therefore not newsworthy.

Well they were dealing with occutards, given their track record I’m sure the cops figured at least some of them would be criminals that they may be looking out for ;)

If the purpose was, as alleged, to allow hundreds/thousands of Occupiers free access to NYC’s subway system, it is stealing. It deprives that system of a significant amount of money. At $2.50/fare that might reach grand larceny status. And, most likely, the subway incident relates to a series of other crimes against the city, its citizens, and businesses.

“I didn't realize propping a fire exit open was a crime that warrented DNA testing.”

It was a greatly publicized act of civil disobedience against the corrupt transit unions who hold the people of this city hostage every time they need a raise. The politicians are all in collusion and always give in after the same dog-and-pony show every time.

Our oppressors need to show that such people will be found and promptly frogmarched before any others even think about getting out of line.

DNA profiling for a major ‘enforcement’ agency like the NYPD will cost maybe $50. A bargain compared to the control they gain from frogmarching the trouble makers.

“Occupy” is a like a child's temper tantrum - wild, unpredictable and sometimes pestering the beast with a lucky strike. The Tea Party is like an elite Polish Cavalryman going off to fight legions of German armor - skillfully wielding obsolete weapons against a beast he can't begin to imagine.

You will soon see we are fighting the same beast. It is amassing weapons at the gate while convincing most of us that these weapons are for our own protection from other exaggerated beasts. Many among us will even proudly wield these weapons in exchange for temporary comfort and worldly pleasures.

One day it will strike with everything it has. The day it thinks it can defeat the remaining free men. Those men that rejected it and knew what the weapons were for. Before that day, the beast will make sure the majority knows such men are “crazy” and a “threat”. On that day the majority will refuse to even acknowledge that the beast has turned on them, convinced the chains now resting upon them are good and necessary. If the beast succeeds, there will come a time when no one will even imagine a life without it and not a single square inch on this planet will be free of its grasp.

I pray that on that day the beast will be dead wrong...

People seem to be missing the point: The murderer is roaming about among us in the NYC area and taking part in protest events. He’d better go Galt or stock up on latex gloves.
