During a debate on the Senate floor July 16, 2012, about the DISCLOSE Act, legislation that would circumvent and restrict the First Amendment,Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) calls for 'limits on First Amendment rights'

So, the rights of a senator to say whatever he wants on the floor and not be arrested for treason should be removed as well?
So *THIS* is why Scumer’s hated the Second Amendment. He hates them all, but the Second gets in the way.
Are LIB dimwits inherently ignorant or what? Shouldn’t this shoomer embarrassment be in prison for some good reason?
I’d like to limit some of Chucky’s first ten amendments rights.
He’s always been a strutting little Napoleon; a pushy, insecure and overcompensating power hungry egomaniac.
Now, however, he appears to have crossed over into clinical insanity.
Same with all the other 10 amendments and the complete US Constitution.
My, how fascist of him.
The press will be all over it any minute now.. yup.. any minute.... [crickets]
I do have to point out that Schumer was listed in an election here in NY as being with the Socialist Workers Party.
Right Chucky?
When do you start passing out the bread and jelly to get the other Jews on the train Chucky?
The Democrats were the Party of SLAVERY!! I would be ashamed to belong to a party like that.
They are the Party of Socialism, The U.S. Democratic Party is a member of Socialism international, I.E. National Socialism/Union of Soviet Scoliosis Republics.
Why does Suck You Fchumer Tyranny surprise anyone!?
I wish our elected representatives, (and Judges) treated our real, enumerated Constitutional rights with the same respect that they treat the “constitutional right” to an abortion.
>``If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the governments ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees. -- President Bill Clinton, August 12, 1993
``The purpose of government is to reign in the rights of the people - Bill Clinton during an interview on MTV in 1993
``We cant be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans that we forget about reality. -- President Bill Clinton, quoted in USA Today, March 11, 1993, Page 2A, ``NRA change: `Omnipotent to powerful by Debbie Howlett
When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount of individual freedom to Americans, it was assumed that the Americans who had that freedom would use it responsibly
that they would work for the common good, as well as for the individual welfare
However, now theres a lot of irresponsibility. And so a lot of people say theres too much freedom. When personal freedoms being abused, you have to move to limit it. Bill Clinton, April 19, 1995
I hope everyone caught him yesterday telling “Helicopter” Ben to get to work and do something because Congress can’t.
Schumer translation: “the liberties of the people must be limited and restrained when the democrats are in power because the people get in our way. When the republicas are in power, we get behind the ACLU and shout from the mountaintops about a fascist state.”
What a vile and evil person this worm is.........my apologies to real worms........
“”Are LIB dimwits inherently ignorant or what?””
Someone - probably a freeper - wrote some time ago:
“The left is either ignorant or evil.”
I pick the latter....
Those two rights are clearly protected in the constitution! It's right there, clear as day, next to the rights to abortion and gay "marriage"!
Seriously, Schumer is a real piece of work. Anthony Weiner was his "prodigy." I shudder to think of what else they shared.
Every time I see him, Schumer reminds me of a cross between a mob lawyer and a used car salesman, without the fashion sense or integrity of either.
