HuffPo: 'The Obama Campaign Is Unworthy of a Democratic President'

Is the left turning against the reelection campaign of Democratic President Barack Obama? That's the impression one gets from a recent article in the left-leaning Huffington Post.

In an article titled, "The Obama Campaign Is Unworthy of a Democratic President," Georges Ugeux, who identifies himself as the chairman and CEO of Galileo Global Advisors and an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School, writes, "As a Democrat and a staunch support of Barack Obama, I am completely disgusted by his campaign. Are we talking about the President of the United States? Are we talking about a principled man who has boosted our ideal for a fair and equitable America? Does this have anything to do with the American people?"

Ugeux goes on to accuse Obama's campaign of "harassment" by incessantly calling and emailing to ask for campaign cash--"Even those of us who asked to only receive selective information."

Are we talking about the President of the United States?

Yes.

Are we talking about a principled man who has boosted our ideal for a fair and equitable America?

No.

Man, these are some easy questions!

It sounds like Skippy Ugeux doesn't want any of his "skin" in the game. He's not really "down for the cause". Shameful.

Georges Ugeux should be asking himself what it says about him that he supports someone like Obama.

Cash first, control second. Principles? They’re way down the list if they make the list at all.

“Are we talking about a principled man who has boosted our ideal for a fair and equitable America?”

You mean using this verbiage in a lame attempt to cover his ongoing efforts at redistribution? Yep, that’s our little socialist.

[[[ “Tell us that our ideals and objectives are worth more than the difference of spending. Tell us why what really matters. Be a President who cares about the American People. Not about money.” ]]]

That is the problem... Professor....your ideas are corrupt and tried a hundred times with the same result.... Abject FAILURE

Your objectives are dubious at best, malevolent at worse and un-American

.....and yes.....it is all about money to Obama....

Glad you finally figured it out....professor dumb ass

No one asked me if I wanted to pay for the idiot's law school education, and I'm sure I had to pay for part of it. But, however, nevertheless, the op-ed is just another one of HuffPo's alibi pieces, a transparent attempt to make them appear to not be partisan shills.

Possibly, or they are trying to get Obama to change before he loses. It is amazing how many negative statements bout Obama have come out from Democrats in the last few months. Funny how Obama just keeps on the same course, when everyone is telling him to stop.

I was thinking the same thing, Heck my grandaughter is 10 and could answer those questions.

Maybe they should put them on the next NYFD test and they could get more minorities on the job.

He’s a very worthy dictator.

I'm not sure about the "very worthy" bit, but I agree with the rest of the quote.

I hope that the Obama-Biden campaign continues and accelerates its begging campaign. I subscribed to keep track of what they are up to. The e-mails (which go into my SPAM filter) are fun to read and have provided fodder for several articles about the depths to which the campaign has risen sunk. In one, I even provided a helpful model for another campaign begging letter. To the best of my knowledge, the campaign has unexpectedly not adopted it; yet.

Tell us why what really matters.
Go ahead, George, why don't you tell us what really matters? You're a "a Democrat and a staunch support of Barack Obama", maybe you can say what no Democrat has the guts to say: the goal is to turn the US from a Free Republic to a Socialist Dictatorship. Go ahead. Explain it to us.

First of all,Professor Ugeux, although I never even *attended* an Ivy League school I urge you to clean up your grammar a bit.Second,as an American and a staunch supporter of freedom, prosperity and the dignity of my beloved homeland,I am completely disgusted by Barak Hussein Obama's job performance over the last forty months.
