Witness: Someone Let Gunman Inside Colorado Movie Theater
Capitalism is Freedom ^

Posted on 07/23/2012 7:31:38 AM PDT by Lazamataz

A man who was at the Colorado movie theater where a dozen people were killed this morning, says he saw the gunman.

He says he thinks someone deliberately let the gunman inside once the movie started.

Here's what he told TV station KCNC this morning live on their newscast.

"As I was sitting down to get my seat, I noticed that a person came up to the front row, the front right, sat down, and as credits were going, it looked like he got a phone call. He went out toward the emergency exit doorway, which I thought was unusual to take a phone call. And it seemed like he probably pried it open, or probably did not let it latch all the way. As soon as the movie started, somebody came in, all black, gas mask, armor, and threw a gas can into the audience, and it went off, and then there were gunshots that took place."

But then there is a major mass shooting JUST PRIOR TO EVERY SINGLE GUN CONTROL EFFORT.

Is that true? It sounds true, but I don't know. Such a story might be a Pulitzer winner.
Perhaps somebody with the prerequisite skills will do a side by side chart to better illustrate it.

Maybe John Lott of "More Guns, Less Crime" fame will take it up.

It is not outside the realm of possiblity that
our government has departments with operatives
skilled enough to manipulate some borderline
personalities into acts that appear to be of
their own volition, the use of drugs cannot be
ruled out. Even something like Rohypnol that
creates short term amnesia could have been used
with Holms dressed and waiting outside while
the actual shooter completed his task then leaving
to let a stupified Holms be apprehended.

Sounds like something out of Hollywood but it
would be possible.

With all of his detailed sophistication and complex booby traps you have to consider he had help. I just want to know if he worked on the Hope & Change campaign?

Pray for America

Yes. Too many people asking questions now. Facts don’t add up. Unemployed college student has thousands of dollars worth of gear, some which is not readily available to civilians. Now the records and evidence related to the case are sealed. The coverup is in progress. Pay not attention to the man behind the curtain. Nothing to see here, now just move along.

I read aomwwhere that Holmes had 2 roommates. If this is true—where are they?,

I think that was just a rumor. None of his neighbors said anything about roommates. They only say that Holmes was quite, so quite in fact that it was if nobody lived there. The apartment where he lived is only for people affiliated with the University of Colorado at Denver. They are cheap and not all that spacious from what I understand. And since Holmes withdrew from the program in June, he was soon going to be evicted. But I guess he wasn’t looking for a new place to live or worrying about getting his security deposit back.

Sounds reasonable and perhaps the call was to his mom - it would make sense when you consider her response was, ‘you've got the right guy’.

...Timothy McVeigh ...

It always amazed me how quickly he was executed. Most people on Death Row are there for 10, 15 or 20 years before justice is served. How did that happen so fast?

It was almost as if they wanted him out of the way before he exposed others.

All the reporting over the weekend was that the suspect told police about the apartment booby traps, as if he “warned them” about it. I think he was probably gloating about it, thinking incorrectly that his plan had gone off as he’d expected and assuming that he’d pulled one over on the cops. He probably said enough to give them some idea that they needed to check that apartment very carefully.

Unemployed college student has thousands of dollars worth of gear, some which is not readily available to civilians.

Reports of the value and unavailability have been greatly exaggerated. Some have said it was $20K worth of SWAT gear that civilians can't buy. The reality is what has been described is a couple of thousand tops and easily available to anyone, most at an army/navy store or place like Bass Pro. I figured it out based on descriptions and he would be stretching to spend 3K, far less if he didn't go top of the line. Considering he bought it over months and months, easily done with the help of Aunt Visa and Uncle Mastercard.

Very few grad students have roomates unless they want to..they are older and spend serious hours studying and do not want the drama.

It was brought up where he got all his money. Many if not most grad students are employees of the uni aka teaching assistants to the undergrad students or have other paid duties at one time or another.

But then there is a major mass shooting JUST PRIOR TO EVERY SINGLE GUN CONTROL EFFORT.

And now this

But if they can control things to such an extent, then why not have the shooter be (pretend to be) a huge NRA supporter? For that matter, why not have him attend some Tea Party events? Certainly if the left really had their way the shooter would have been a Tea Partying NRA card carrying DittoHead shouting things like "down with the left! down with Obama and all minorities! down with gun control!" while being taken into custody or in between shots.

I mean, if they could really orchestrate something like this it seems the easy part would be to tie the guy to the extreme right -- to at least make it appear he had a sudden right-wing conversion just prior to the event...and yet they haven't.

Where are you getting your information? Everything Holmes purchased over the last several months is readily available to just about anyone; some if it on-line, except perhaps for a tear gas canister he used inside the theater but then it could have been homemade with regularly available household chemicals.

He did have a job until recently from what I understand, working in the medical research lab at the medical school, had a job at McDonalds’ for a time and he had a educational grant – those grants often pay for housing and other living expenses over the cost of books and tuition, and credit card companies love to give college students credit cards. A few cc’s, some unspent grant money, some $$ from home – his parents were not exactly poor BTW and viola – he could have easily purchase everything he used. And while the booby traps in his apartment were sophisticated, the trip wires and such, the actual “bombs” themselves were not all that sophisticated or advanced. Mostly bottles of gasoline and some firework canisters he modified in some manner.

“... I hate conspiracies. I really do”.

Me, too. However, NOTHING surprises me anymore. Could the one man have left his weapons/body gear outside the door? Sure. Could someone been contacted to give the murderer access to the theater? Sure. I’m afraid that I am so jaded anymore that anything is possible and we will never know the truth. (hate to be that jaded but I am).
