Vanity: How do we know the judges we vote for?

Does anyone have a good source that allows you to scrutinize the judges that we'll be voting for? This, to me, seems like the most sinister way to destroy our nation, as judges wield so much power, and we have no real way to vett them. This is the liberal's ultimate tool!

Help in any way you can, particularly for Florida, but elsewhere is good too.

Where I live in Charlotte, the local political parties post “helpful” voter cards on their websites, indicating which candidates they endorse. Of course the GOP supports their own candidates for partisan offices. For the, ahem, “non-partisan” offices (judges, school board), they’ll tip who’s conservative vs. liberal in their endorsements.

If the Dems endorse, they’re off my list - period. If the GOP endorses, then I’ll consider them.

"...oust moderate Florida Supreme Court Justices Fred Lewis, Barbara Pariente and Peggy Quince in their upcoming November 2012 ..." That statement is from restorejustice2012 dot com. When you get to their main page, click on the link: Supreme Court, located in the main article near the bottom of the main page.
Aside from that site, and the other fine ideas on this comment page, look at cfcoalition dot com, and/or search "conservative voter guide."

In AZ we just get yes or no votes on them, I find that annoying so I vote no across the board.
