Is this Voter Fraud in the Making?

This mailer arrived in our box for my wife today. My first suspicion was that this mailer was under her ‘familiar’ name, not her ‘legal’ name. Plus, she’s already registered to vote.

But there was something fishy about this mailer so I couldn’t help but delve deeper.

It appeared to come from the Virginia State Board of Elections, but upon further investigation it actually came from the Voter Participation Center, which is a partner organization with the George Soros funded Center for American Progress and both groups have direct ties to the Obama White House. It started out as part of the Tides Foundation. Looking at the biographies on these sites show lots of people with ties to the Obama and Clinton Administrations, and is part of the Democrats’ criminal syndicate. Have a look at this from Discover the Networks. And this from Wikipedia.

The VPC also focuses on educating policymakers and media on issues impacting what it calls the “rising American electorate”, including a series of reports produced in March 2010, in partnership with the Center for American Progress.

Now. Notice the address on the return envelope

Now, now, now. It’s only fraud if Heinrich Holder says it’s fraud.

There was a thread about this earlier today..Looks like authorities are labeling it voter fraud. Look up the thread. You may want to handle the envelop as little as possible....Voter fraud was link in one incident by DNA on the envelop.

If I were a (non-Democrat) prosecutor trying to make a name for myself, I would call that mail fraud.

Yes, it is. I've read several articles about the VPC. The rats are doing their best, but we're on to them. We need to stay very vigilant. Suspect anything that smells like a rat.

If you have to ask the question, it probably is intended to facilitate voter fraud.

Mail Fraud consists of several very specific things. Not paying your postage could be one, and writing a check to a politician for a bribe is another.

What the complaint here is about is MISREPRESENTATION of who the mailer and returnee really are.

Looking through all of it I don't see mail fraud unless they've not paid their postage. You can find out who every party to this mailing is by calling Lansdale PA post office ~ they will tell you holds the permits and who the mail receiving agent is for the post office boxes at those 9 digit zipcodes.

There are no secrets in this although it might not be immediately obvious to the inexperienced.

BTW, asking some one for DOB and Social Security number isn't prohibited last time I looked.

from my experience, this seems like a legit attempt to collect data for future use and sale to Omaba’s campaign for solicitation. The reply device goes to a PO Box and the zipcode is not for the final address but for the account for the BRC accounting thing so the post office gets their money for delivering the return envelope. The rest of the inconsistencies are not out of the ordinary for direct mail pieces, which was my business for almost 20 years.
The only thing I have a problem with is the SSN.. There should not be any request for SSN..

I actually had a run-in with these hacks running the local “voter participation center” aka Soros front-group and told them that their name sounded too “Soviet” to be legitimate and they walked away.

Romney has asked to State of VA to investigate this matter. Link:

love to see ‘The Cooch’ bring in Romney and the lt. Governor as the first witnesses ~ just interrogate them down to their little toes then pull the nails.

Are you referring to Progressive Auto Insurance? Are there any other insurance companies that are leftist? I know of a radio host who broadcasts a program in Chicago called Those Were The Days, a old time radio programs show...he's the new owner of the radio show, a poster on Facebook by the name of Steve Darnall, (or Darnal), and many listeners are not aware that this guy is a lefty. I started getting suspicious when Darnall failed to celebrate important holidays, days of commemoration in America, and he also avoids any celebration of Christian and Jewish holidays, like Easter, Christmas, etc...something the previous owner of the radio program would always commemorate by playing old time radio programs that reflected the same..he's apparently anti-religious...it's so “American” you know!

These skanky old commies in Chicago are out there, and everywhere else as I've come to learn. When you run into one, do what you can to derail them, out them and put them out of business. As the saying goes, RESIST.

Are you sure? I have tried to do that kind of research, but have always (30+ years) been told by the local post office in towns where I have lived that it is not legal for them to reveal who owns a specific permit number (violation of their privacy). Can you point me to a postal regulation that says this is legal? This will help immensely if so.

When it comes to a post office box if you get a piece of mail with a PO BOX return address you can ask who holds the box ~ this is not private or confidential provided you have a piece of mail to show the holder sent something to you.

When it comes to permits to mail at a presort, bulk or discount rate, those are NEVER private, and almost all of them are held by other than private individuals ~ so, yeah, they gotta' give you the information. If they don't you take it upstairs to the Postmaster General.

Ordinarily USPS mail acceptance personnel (not the window clerk) are going to verify that the permit being used to mail is lawfully used by the individual or company making the mailing. They have a nationwide electronic data base to check to do that.

That, BTW, is done with each mailing, so none of these are a case of postage cheats taking mail over and just dumping it on the platform until it's taken in and worked. USPS gets paid first.

In cases where you suspect somebody is using a permit imprint improperly you can report that to a Postal Inspector.

I didn't find anything improper in any of this (40 years experience plus I wrote all these rules so I probably ought to know but I could have missed something). HOWEVER there are a number of federal laws against misuse of federal agency names, symbols or insignia ~ one of them right here; http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/709

The question is Soros' misuse of the address for a state agency ~ but the federales have a real problem there ~ it's a state matter, and USPS doesn't involve itself in state law enforcement EXCEPT under it's fraud against government agencies program. You might want to read the following as well: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1341
