Disturbing video from a Mississippi day care center shows a 9-year-old boy beating several much younger children, including an 11-month-old, whom he punches and bites.
The frightening footage, taken at the Kiddie City Child Care Center in Vicksburg, shows the bully attacking the baby and then patting the boy on the back as it cries and adults come in to check on them. Throughout the video, the child can be seen waiting until day care workers aren’t looking to launch another attack.
In another instance, the 9-year-old drop kicks a young girl to the floor while a day care worker is standing just a few feet away looking out the window. Minutes later, the boy picks up the girl and kicks her directly in the chest, knocking her to the ground.

Vicksburg police arrested a day care worker, Sandra Trevillion, and charged her with two counts of contributing to the neglect of a minor.

When asked why the nine-year-old hasn’t been charged, Capt. Robert Stewart responded, “Under the Mississippi Youth Court Act, you can be charged as a delinquent at age 10.”
Stewart says they sent paperwork and a copy of the surveillance video to youth court.
"Maybe counseling, anger management or anything to curb the child from doing the same thing again in the future," continues Stewart.
Stewart recalls the nine-year-old's mother was shocked when she heard what her son did.
"She said there was no violence in the home. But, it shed some light on other things going on between him and his siblings.” When asked if that included fighting, Stewart added, "Possibly."
He’ll kill somebody by the time he’s 12.

Why is a 9-year-old in day care with toddlers in the first place?
This could be construed as blatant racism. There is no other reason for reporting on this alleged black on black crime, other than racism.
Can you imagine if the 9 yr old was white? the entire national media + Al and Jesse would be there the next day.

Local news station WLBT interviewed the young boy's aunt, Vinia Dolley, who said she was shocked to see her nephew's actions."He bad. He fight but he don't fight little babies. He do also have a problem. He take medicine every day and he just a normal child," Dolley told WLBT. "I feel bad about him jumping on a two year-old baby, he 9 years old. He don't fight his own 2-year-old brother like that or cousins."
Oh good Lord have mercy.

Exactly. That's why you don't have kids that far apart in age together like that.
I'm a new(er) father and let me tell you, the thought of my Girl being abused like that... forgive me, I'd burn their house to the ground. I go berserk when someone/something threatens my family.
