Disturbing video from a Mississippi day care center shows a 9-year-old boy beating several much younger children, including an 11-month-old, whom he punches and bites.
The frightening footage, taken at the Kiddie City Child Care Center in Vicksburg, shows the bully attacking the baby and then patting the boy on the back as it cries and adults come in to check on them. Throughout the video, the child can be seen waiting until day care workers aren’t looking to launch another attack.
In another instance, the 9-year-old drop kicks a young girl to the floor while a day care worker is standing just a few feet away looking out the window. Minutes later, the boy picks up the girl and kicks her directly in the chest, knocking her to the ground.

Vicksburg police arrested a day care worker, Sandra Trevillion, and charged her with two counts of contributing to the neglect of a minor.

This little monster will be peddling crack, robbing and raping within a few years.
I would guess he may be acting out his treatment at home or school... something more to this, something very bad...

You and I are on the same page! My daughter just turned 3, and the thought of someone trying something like this gets me angry. I just enrolled her in a Baptist K-3 program, and so far she is the only girl in a class of 9. The ladies at the church have already told me they are going to keep an extra eye on her since she’s the only girl.
I teach special needs kids in a district in north Mississippi & teachers start back on the 6th of August. I pretty much want to cry.................
Your DIL is telling the truth. I would also include large groups of non special needs kids in the regular classroom who act like thugs. Basically a kid has to SERIOUSLY hurt a child before they will even begin the process of removal.
I completely understand why some parents live bare bones so that they can send their kids to private schools or homeschool. It is an absolute jungle out there and we are supposed to perform miracles w/ feral children w/ ABSOLUTELY NO home training or parenting. Those of you who have never been in a classroom as a teacher cannot even imagine how things have fallen down since we were students. It’s not even in the same universe now.

Seems to me you don’t have to apologize for the rant - you have earned the right.
Shocking what has happened - and then to think of what havoc these people will cause in the future.

Without significant intervention, if he lives, most of that kids adult life will be spent behind bars. My bet is that those little ones are only his first victims.
