It was NOT taken out of context. He said it, he meant it.
Love it !
From the man who has constructed nothing but lies, finally the nation drew the line somewhere. I was wondering if it ever was going to happen.
Shove it down their collective throats
Even some liberals built their own businesses and don’t agree with the kenyan on this. The only morons this appeals to is the food stamp zombies and unions.
What it is even worse is the rebuttal ad that makes 0bama to appear to have lazy eye.
You didn’t say: “You didn’t build that, alone.” You said: “You didn’t build that.” Live with it, Bamster.
Obama doesn’t just have to reveal himself.
He has to reveal himself so starkly that the media can’t effectively cover for him.
That appears to be the case here. I certainly HOPE that this window into Obama’s true beliefs results in CHANGE.
"If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If youve got a business -- you didnt build that. Somebody else made that happen. The Internet didnt get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet. "The point is, is that when we succeed, we succeed because of our individual initiative, but also because we do things together. There are some things, just like fighting fires, we dont do on our own. I mean, imagine if everybody had their own fire service. That would be a hard way to organize fighting fires.
"So we say to ourselves, ever since the founding of this country, you know what, there are some things we do better together. Thats how we funded the G.I. Bill. Thats how we created the middle class. Thats how we built the Golden Gate Bridge or the Hoover Dam. Thats how we invented the Internet. Thats how we sent a man to the moon. We rise or fall together as one nation and as one people, and thats the reason Im running for President -- because I still believe in that idea. Youre not on your own, were in this together."

The neat thing about this is he can’t blame Joe Biden for it.
Pay no attention to that communist behind the curtain!
Don’t forget the 2008 classic: “I believe in spreading the wealth”
Turns out this “smart” man isn’t as smart as he thinks he is. His chickens are coming home to roost! I’m sure Rev. Wright is very proud (or very disappointed in his disciple).
Cool. The Romney campaign can now produce an ad where they show Obama complaining he was taken out of context, and show the full context. Which will be EVEN MORE damaging.
Agreed. Totally nailed it here - emphasis mine.
“”...the far more potent issue of national identity and...that Mr. Obama is actively hostile to American ideals and aspirations....
The Republican National Committee’s response... was to run an ad that shows a full minute of Mr. Obama’s rant at the Roanoke, Va., campaign event on July 13. In addition to “you didn’t build that,” the president also put down those who think they are “smarter” or “work harder” than others. WITNESS THE FIRST PRESIDENT TO DEMEAN THE BEDROCK AMERICAN BELIEFS IN INDUSTRIOUSNESS AND EXCEPTIONALISM. The “context” only makes it worse.””
Great, great piece. Thank you for sharing it.
May God guide our course.

We've had four years of crypto-Marxist, America-bashing context.
We know exactly what the little Cloward-Piven, Alinskyite fairy said.
Maybe
“You didn’t build that” = “Read my lips, no new taxes”
in the world of politics.
Sometimes, it doesn’t take much to turn an election. May “You didn’t build that” turn out to be be Obama’s albatross.
Obama has been a political genius, considering where he is, and where he started (i.e., a Chicago thug with no experience).
I’m just amazed that neither he nor his handlers could have missed out on the firestorm those words would set off. It has got to be one of the biggest political gifts I’ve ever seen - even worse than McCain saying, in 2008, that Obama would make a great president.
