Holder's Perez: Perjury on Panthers?
American Spectator ^ | 8.8.12 | Quin Hillyer

The corrupt Obama-Holder Justice Department earns another rebuke.

Late last month, the Obama/Holder Justice Department suffered another embarrassment, and showed that its leaders probably merit criminal prosecution, in a too-little-noticed spin-off from the infamous New Black Panther Party case. As I have written repeatedly, the politicized leadership of the Holderites is thoroughly corrupt, and a menace to the very cause of justice.

The embarrassment came in the final court action of a long-running suit brought by the indefatigable Judicial Watch. The watchdog group had pressed requests based on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to force the Department of Justice (DoJ) to divulge more information about its seemingly inexplicable, and certainly unexplained, decision to drop voter-intimidation cases against the Panthers for their actions outside of a Philadelphia polling place...

--snip--

First, the Fast and Furious fiasco. Second, the continuing Obama effort to harm military voters, just as DoJ also did in 2010. Third, the obnoxious effort to force the trial of terrorist detainees to be held in New York City. Fourth, the unanimous Supreme Court decision absolutely smacking down the Obama administration in the key religious-liberty case known as Hosanna-Tabor v. E.E.O.C.

Fifth, the administration's citation for civil contempt of court for its imposition of a drilling moratorium after the BP oil spill disaster. Sixth, the Holderites' continued moves, vigorously opposed even by Mayor Bloomberg and even in part by the Village Voice, to institute racial hiring quotas for the heroic Fire Department of New York -- even for Fire Academy applicants who missed 70 percent of the simple questions on the entrance exam. Seventh, the DoJ Inspector General's just-released report finding improper hiring practices in another DoJ division. Eighth, the senior non-political DoJ official's harsh override of the Obamites' findings against Bush administration lawyers John Yoo and Jay Bybee...

Of interest. Seeing this PARTIAL list of doj criminal practices all in one place will friggin’ curl your hair, and if you have curly hair already, back away from your monitor and cover your keyboard because you are at risk of having your head explode. Have the duct tape handy.

WE are in great danger and if anyone doubts it, this list should disabuse them of that notion right quick.

But But But it would be worse having a Mormon in the White House! Haven’t you been paying attention lately?

We are suffering from all this insanity because the radical left of the Dems made a pact with Wall Street bankers who feared prosecution. Clinton campaigned to go after the bankers. Obama would not. So Wall Street will accept the risk of extreme leftist policies except prosecution by shifting massive funding of Obama campaign in 2008. Statue of limitation is five years and time is running out for any prosecution of Wall Street malfeasance. Wall Street will get what they want and Obama and his leftist got what they want (power and opportunity to transform the US). Meantime the rest of the US is suffering from this insanity and selective enforcement of Fed laws. Bailout, and no jail time, Wall Street got what they want.

You know me, MHG. I have been paying VERY close attention and to be perfectly honest, if I had a choice, Romney would not be it, but Mormon has nothing to do with it. Point being we HAVE NO CHOICE! If obama gets four more years, we have no country to save.

I wonder how much DIRT Holder has on 0bama. These two pieces of excrement need to be imprisoned. Pretty sad that the main reason 0bama seeks re-election is so he can delay going to prison by four more years.

“These two pieces of excrement need to be imprisoned.”

And punished like the racist Nazi thugs at Nuremburg.

State-sponsored racism and enabling of terrorism like “fast and furious” should be punished, but that was a greater generation back in the 40s.

The left becomes more and more smug as they get away with more and more.
