Prosecutors mistakenly release confidential Zimmerman evidence, including body photo

Florida prosecutors mistakenly released a trove of evidence in the case of George Zimmerman, including a photo of Trayvon Martin's body after he was shot to death by the neighborhood watchman.

Evidence that was supposed to be only for the eyes of the lawyers and judge - at least throughout the discovery process - was included in documents sent to several media outlets. In addition to the photo, prosecutors released college transcripts that showed Zimmerman received a D in a criminal justice course at Seminole State College.

It seems everything these prosecutors do is one big mistake. Professionals are not that error prone, so one has to doubt that the release was a ‘mistake.’

Florida prosecutors mistakenly released

Sure they did. They need race riots to win their case. They don't have much to work with. The facts are against them.
The more pressure they can put on the judge and jury, the better chance they have of hanging what could be an innocent man - for the sake of "the cause."

This error should have them off the case. The case should be taken elsewhere as well to guarantee (at least try) a fair trial.

This team of prosecutors supposedly have no idea what the rules of discovery are and “by accident” released to the media information that is expected to be harmful to Zimmerman.

I don’t believe it. This whole case has been handled poorly by the prosecutors. They have broken fundamental rules of legal ethics.

The mistake is that justice is long lost in the USA
under the Tyrant Obama and the criminal DO”J”
which works for political and racist reasons,
where there was once “equal justice for all”.

“prosecutors released college transcripts that showed Zimmerman received a D in a criminal justice course at Seminole State College. “

How come Zimmermans transcripts can be released but not those of the POTUS?

I was just the other day thinking, “The whole Trayvon Martin case has calmed down. Maybe there’s a chance to have justice done (whatever it may be) without a circus sideshow.”

This is just too, “What can we release that will rile everyone up again ... I KNOW.. the photo of deceased Trayvon!” For my liking.

Here’s a link to the picture of the deceased Martin that was released:

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/george-zimmerman-records-mistakenly-released-684512

It’s a technically horrible B&W photocopy of an equally bad original. Indeed, it’s so bad I challenge anybody who sees it to say it’s of a human body unless he’s already been told it’s of a body.

Well, when the defense committed the “mistake” of failing to completely inform the court of Z’s financial means, his bail was revoked and he was hauled back to jail (and then back to court to receive a new, higher, bail amount).

So I’m sure the penalty for the prosecution will be equally serious. Probably Angela Corey and her lackeys will spend a night or three in jail for contempt of court.

NOT

Yeah, they want their street rioting. People will see it on TV and blame it on Mitt Romney who had nothing to do with it. I’ve been wondering if the whole country is going to be ripped apart to get obamster reelected. That jackass isn’t worth all the discord and property damage. Sometimes I think it would be better to just split the country now and forget about elections.

Many problems such as 1) providing discovery to the media?
Prosecution can feed some info but the media doesn’t get a discovery package. That is for A Defendant and their lawyer.
2) How does the Prosecution obtain report cards and transcripts? They have no right to that information. They can’t run phone records unless they have a warrant and/or consent. I assume the charge is grade fraud because otherwise it is not relevant or material and it has to be both.
The A. Corey is a flaming A$$Hat. Making Nifong look smart.
