Trump announced last week that he was given a speaking slot at the convention but turned it down. This should be interesting...
Sarah Palin was very clever by openly suggesting that Obama replace Biden with Hillary on the Democrat ticket. “the strategists there in the Obama campaign have got to look at a diplomatic way of replacing Joe Biden on the ticket with Hillary. And I don’t want to throw out that suggestion and have them actually accept the suggestion because then an Obama-Hillary Clinton ticket would have a darn good chance of winning. But really, Joe Biden really drags down that ticket.”
The “Hillary replaces Biden” concept has been talked about on Conservative blogs for months. There is a huge Hillary Fan Club, and an Obama/Hillary ticket would be difficult to defeat. Bloggers have been expecting any day now to see the announcement that Biden is suddenly unable to run because of serious health issues, or whatever, and Obama names Hillary as the Democrat VP candidate.
But Sarah Palin headed the Dems off at the pass. Can you visualize the headlines?

Really? The Dems admit to taking political advice from Sara Palin? Possible, yes, but not likely.

Palin did a perfect job of lobing a turd into the Oval Office punch bowl by calling for Obama to replace Joe with Hillary. There’s no way he be seen to be taking orders from Palin.
I have faith in Ryan; if Hillary is the VP nominee, I think Ryan will get up to speed very quickly on foreign affairs. There are plenty of campaign staffers to collect the raw material and feed it to Ryan. At the debate and on the stump, he will handle the rest.
0bama & Hillary have already created the ammunition to use against themselves, all Ryan has to do is shoot it off.

The kenyan would rather lose than put Clinton on the ticket and admit a mistake.
If Barry loses he will just run again in 2016 with a member of la raza as his VP. Whatever the outcome in November, this is not the last we have seen of his skinny marxist behind.
If the King comes out and says he still has confidence in Biden, that will be the kiss of death and we will know he will throw Biden under the bus for Clinton.

There is no way Barry dumps Biden because there no positive way to spin it.
Barry has no leadership skill and dumping Biden only publicly highlights that fact.
If Barry dumps Biden, it only feeds into the Barry is desperate narrative and that he is simply an ambitious power monger who would do anything to get re-elected which is true but it is a truth that he cannot afford to have so publicly put on stage and exploited by Mittens.
