How much of a "medical professional" do you have to be? Can I get that certificate at the University of Phoenix? I want to carry a badge but that won't be a gun in my pocket.

Government spending at work.
The democrat party is changing it's symbol from a jackass to a condom, since a condom more accurately reflects their party's political stance.
A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of dicks, and giving you a false sense of security while you're actually being screwed.

I guess while the libtards are busy running business out of Ca. they figured they would run the porn business out also.

Here in Nevada, we have whole counties where brothels are legal.
Maybe the film makers should look at doing their production here.
NO INCOME taxes in Nevada.

Talk about a regulatory agency that can be captured by the outfits it is supposed to regulate! This one might just take the cake.

That's pretty funny. I will try to remember it.

I believe there will be a mass exodus of the porn industry into Nevada.

I'm qualified for that job - but I wouldn't have it!

There will be no 100 jobs “created” because the industry will go someplace else. So the “inspectors” will have nothing to inspect.

Great... more government employees.
I bet they’ll be unionized, too.

I guess if you can regulate hard hats and steel toed shoes you can regulate a condom.
I suspect the porn shops will find a new place to do business.

"There will be no 100 jobs created because the industry will go someplace else. So the inspectors will have nothing to inspect."
Just because there won't be an industry to inspect doesn't mean the jobs won't be created. And after some suitable amount of time, a study can be commissioned to evolve the inspectors' duties to include some other activities that can be vaguely defined and will absorb the former duties so the new jobs can continue to screw the taxpayers.
