MOBILE, Alabama — A Mobile County judge this morning denied bail for a teenager accused of killing Wendy Fisher on the street outside her home on Racine Avenue in west Mobile.
That means that Trayon Washington, 17, will be jailed pending trial on a murder charge.
For now, Washington is charged with murder, but Mobile County District Attorney Ashley Rich said it could be upgraded to capital murder depending on the circumstances.
“The investigation is continuing,” she said.
Under state law, murder can be a capital offense if it occurs in or from a vehicle. Witnesses have said one of the men inside the car got out after Fisher had yelled to slow down. If the shooter was completely outside the car when he fired, it could not be a capital offense.
Even if the Washington were inside the car at the time, Rich said, prosecutors would not automatically seek a capital murder indictment.
“We don’t necessarily charge capital murder in every case where it could apply,” she said. “That’s something we decide after considering all the circumstances. It’s just too early to make that determination.”

So this is what those who cry for Saint Treyvon would have rather had happened in the Martin/Zimmerman situation.
They would rather the “innocent saintly Treyvon” had killed mean, murderer George Zimmerman.
I can’t believe that there are still some on FR who are Martin fanatics still saying he was innocent.
Martin is about as innocent as this fellow Treyvon.
Apparently, Angela Corey should have replaced Zimmerman's ammunition and expanded his patrol area.
Where’s the media outrage? Where are the doctored media video’s of the woman acting out so he had to kill her?

Thank you for posting the pictures. Ms Fisher will be just another dead victim to most, instead of the posterchild of white victims of black criminals-which are the majority of interracial crime in this country, even though blacks are app 12% of the population and whites are app 78% of the population. How screwed up this country is that thanks to the deliberate media distortion, most Americans would believe just the opposite to be true, yet whites are “rayciss” if they even share common sense tactics to protect themselves (ie John Derbyshire).
In a land of opportunity, where that child's elders endured and did what was necessary for him to be fully educated and be able to thrive to the limit of his talents and ambition, instead he is taught to hate whitey, so he shoots a white woman.

There is something very wrong in the black community, much of it the result of decades of progressive social experimentation and social engineering.
Trayvon Washington and aborted black babies are the poster kids for the progressive movement.

Well apparently the victim “dissed” Trayon (not to be confused with Trayvon or Treyvon—which are all family names for Obama’s sons) by yelling “slow down” at the speeding car he was in. And if you don’t think this is justifiable homicide you’re a racist.
But seriously, this 17 year old son of Obama might well be out by his 18th birthday if he gets one of the many “bleeding heart” liberal judges that are out there—judges that think “kids” such as Trayon are cultural deprived and therefore not really subject to the same standards of justice that apply to the rest of us.
I’m getting very tired of reading variations of this black-on-white crime story constantly.

FR is all about Free Speech, and we're all supposed to be able to take as much as we give, which we learn after we've been here awhile. I should have tagged my post to you as sarcasm, at least until you've been here six months or better.

I understand about the free speech. I expect that, but it does get a bit annoying that someone is defending Treyvon on here after so much discussion of the case and so many facts have been revealed. I guess I am sick of being called a Noob by the guy and that that is his main reason for me being wrong.
I think that the culture on FR is that noobs don’t know as much about being conservative or having valid opinions or facts as those who have been here longer.
Also, just because someone has a new date doesn’t mean they weren’t here before.
