They will dream up an imaginary "disability" for certain activists then put them in the DOJ throught a "non-competitive" appointment. Slip them through under the radar. That is the real agenda going on here.

Add to that the fact that they can be hired before the vacancy is even announced means Attorney General Holder can simply throw the doors open and immediately bring them in regardless of whether or not a job vacancy truly exists.
