Turns out there are leaks everywhere, even among Navy SEALs.
Fox News obtained and released the identity of the author of the controversial new book "No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama Bin Laden," due to come out on the anniversary of 9/11.
"Mark Owen," the pseudonym under which the book was written, is actually 35 year-old Matt Bissonnette of Wrangell, Alaska. Bissonnette held the rank of chief in the elite Navy SEAL Team 6 prior to retiring. He was one of the first men in the room where bin Laden died, witnessing the occurrence first-hand.
We tracked down pictures of Bissonnett on PatriotFiles.com and Flickr.
Bissonnette was also part of the operation which ended with the killing of three Somali pirates in order to save the life of Captain Richard Phillips in the Indian Ocean in 2009.
He co-wrote the book with author Kevin Maurer, a well-versed author of four books, most based on military special operations.

Fox News is now blocked on my TV. And I hope millions more do the same. They could easily have said “We know the Seal’s name be we’re not revealing it.”
I turned over to CNN and what are they saying? “We’re not releasing the name at the Pentagon’s request.” CNN wants to protect the Seal and his family. Fox News doesn’t care.
This Seal and his family’s life are now in extreme danger. Millions of muslims would love to die to be the one to get this guy. I am pissed!

It’s being reported that lots of SEALS are pissed at the SEAL who wrote the book, afraid of secrets he’ll release. How do we know it’s true when the SEALs who were on the team won’t out themselve?

We need to end the veil of secrecy; it serves no legitimate purpose. Only the identities of the men should be secret.

He did no such thing. He had a contract of total secrecy with his publisher, and they would never have revealed anything, lest they never have opportunity again to publish such an important book.
Be thankful he did it.

Thanks for outing yourself. We always need to know all of the details. If the official story were honest, there would have been no purpose in writing the book.

Actually this is the first evidence the public has been exposed to that Bin Laden is actually dead because as we all know, bringing closure to the 911 families is less important than offending Islamic terrorists according to this foreign national unconstitutionally elected as our President.
Reported today Fox donated over 50,000 to Obama campaign, and
under 2,000 to Romney campaign!!! What the heck is up with that!!!!
