who had been detained by government officials WHICH government officials. I've heard that the locals and the fibbies both said they didn't detain him.

Who brought charges against him to have him arrested in the first place. That person is a true Nazi.

The mom and son feel aggrieved, being taken without charge and detained, and a civil action is being discussed, Mr. Whitehead said. And I want to make sure this doesnt happen again. If you can handcuff someone and detain them without charge, thats not freedom. The law must be modified so this doesnt happen again. This was a raw abuse of power. The action needs to be taken against all who thought what they were doing was hunky-dory. I'm glad they came across a judge who interpreted the law instead of ignoring it.

This is the scariest single action I've seen from the government in my life.
The almighty "they" have gone blatantly unConstitutional and shown us that this absolutely could happen to anyone who ever says something that those with power don't like.
This is full circle and we are back to the beginning: fighting human nature empowered with absolute power and moderated by an absence of integrity.

The biggest thing in his profile is hes a 9-11 truther, Mr. Whitehead said. Hes a Ron Paul libertarian. But so what? Thomas Paine would have been put into an institution" by that standard.I don't care if the guy believes in the Easter Bunny. What happened to him sounds like something out of Gulag Archipelago.
Obama is a thug.

Send comments about this to the Rutherford Institute at
staff@rutherford.org and ask that the identities of the specific FBI and local LEOs be revealed for public scrutiny and that they be prosecuted for kidnapping and false imprisonment.

Good grief...this sounds like the old USSR in action. If you don’t agree with the government, you are judged to be mentally ill and “institutionalized”, a euphemism for “imprisoned”
It could happen to everyone on FR...but not without a fight.

Now the judge needs to direct the DA to file charges against those in gov’t responsible for the outrage.
